抓草机是广泛适用于小麦、玉米、高梁、大豆等农作物秸杆的回收和利用。尤其适用于造纸行业、生物发电及棉花、甘蔗、木材的装卸转运、储存、堆垛等用途。能及时把秸杆回收利用，减少环境污染，节省人力，杜绝火灾，确保安全，是广大农民致富的好帮手。申请人在申请号为“200720000949.7”、名称为“抓草机”的实用新型专利中描述了一种能够小量、轻抛物料的抓草机，其机架为整体结构，一般应用于作业场地相对宽阔的施工现场，作业时，转弯半径大，很难适应小型厂矿和室内转载的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种四驱折腰前转向抓草机。
本发明的技术方案是以下述方式实现的：
一种四驱折腰前转向抓草机，包括前立柱焊合、后大樑焊合、发动机、减速箱、前桥总成、后桥总成、一对大臂、抓头和上抓齿，所述一对大臂的后端与立柱焊合铰接，所述一对大臂的前端与抓头铰接，所述抓头与上抓齿铰接，所述抓头与上抓齿油缸铰接，上抓齿油缸的另一端与上抓齿铰接，所述大臂与前立柱焊合之间铰接有大臂油缸，所述一对大臂之间设置有横樑,所述横樑的中间位置铰接有抓头油缸，所述抓头油缸的另一端与抓头铰接，所述减速箱通过前传动轴与前桥总成联接、通过后传动轴与后桥总成联接，所述前立柱焊合与前桥总成固定联接，所述后大樑焊合与后桥总成固定联接，所述前立柱焊合与所述后大樑焊合通过转动销轴联接。
所述转动销轴为两副。
所述转动销轴设置在所述前立柱焊合与所述后大樑焊合的横向中间位置。

该四驱折腰前转向抓草机工作时，方向机通过前立柱焊合9是设置的液压转向装置拉动前轮7摆动而实现转向。前立柱焊合9与后大樑焊合19通过转动销轴11相铰接，从而通过改变前立柱焊合9与后大樑焊合19的相对位置而实现转向和直行。发动机17通过离合器与变速箱14联接，变速箱14通过前传动轴10与前桥总成8联接、通过后传动轴15与后桥总成16联接从而实现四驱动。上抓齿1的上抓齿油缸3驱动上抓齿2张开，抓草机前进，插入需抓物料，上抓齿1下压，抓紧物料，抓草机后退，再由大臂油缸6驱动大臂5上升到需要位置，抓草机移动到目的地，再驱动上抓齿1张开，再由抓头油缸4拉动抓头2向下倾斜，进行卸物。卸完后，上抓齿1和抓头2复原，抓草机后退，上抓齿1和抓头2落地，进行下一轮作业。
