本发明公开了一种农用折臂整体机架四驱后转向抓草机，包括机架、机架的前端固定连接有立柱焊合，立柱焊合的上端铰接有两根后动臂，后动臂之间固定连接有后动臂横梁；后动臂的下边与立柱焊合之间铰接有后动臂油缸，后动臂的前端与前动臂铰接，前动臂之间固定连接有前动臂后横梁、前动臂前横梁；前动臂与后动臂的上边铰接有前动臂油缸，前动臂前端与抓头铰接，抓头与前动臂前横梁之间铰接有抓头油缸，抓头与上抓齿铰接，抓头与上抓齿油缸铰接，上抓齿油缸的另一端与上抓齿铰接；上抓齿油缸、后动臂油缸、前动臂油缸、抓头油缸分别通过液压油管与液压多路换向阀液压联接。该机动臂能够折弯，能够把农作物收获后丢弃的秸秆从地沟、河道、渠道里清理捞出来，扩大了整体机架四驱气刹后转向农用抓草机的作业范围。

本发明属于农业机械领域，具体涉及一种农用折臂整体机架四驱后转向抓草机。
背景技术
申请人在申请号为201120175916.2的专利申请中公开了一种整体机架四驱气刹后转向农用抓草机，该抓草机的举升动臂是一体的，不能够折弯把农作物收获后丢弃的秸秆从地沟、河道、渠道里清理捞出来，影响了整体机架四驱气刹后转向农用抓草机的作业范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种动臂能够折弯的农用折臂整体机架四驱后转向抓草机。
本发明的技术方案是以下述方式实现的：
农用折臂整体机架四驱后转向抓草机，包括机架、发动机、减速箱、前桥、后桥、立柱焊合和液压多路换向阀，所述发动机设置在机架的后部，所述减速箱设置在发动机前端的机架上，所述减速箱的动力输入轴通过发动机传动轴与发动机的动力输出轴联接，所述减速箱的一个动力输出轴通过前传动轴与前桥联接，所述减速箱的另一根动力输出轴通过后传动轴与后桥联接，所述机架为整体结构，所述的后桥为转向驱动桥，所述机架的前端固定连接有立柱焊合，其特征在于：所述立柱焊合的上端铰接有两根后动臂，所述后动臂之间固定连接有后动臂横梁；所述后动臂的下边与立柱焊合之间铰接有后动臂油缸，所述后动臂的前端与前动臂铰接，所述前动臂之间固定连接有前动臂后横梁、前动臂前横梁；所述前动臂与所述后动臂的上边铰接有前动臂油缸，所述前动臂前端与抓头铰接，所述抓头与前动臂前横梁之间铰接有抓头油缸，所述抓头与上抓齿铰接，所述抓头与上抓齿油缸铰接，所述上抓齿油缸的另一端与上抓齿铰接；所述上抓齿油缸、后动臂油缸、前动臂油缸、抓头油缸分别通过液压油管与所述的液压多路换向阀液压联接。
本发明具有以下优点：
动臂能够折弯，能够把农作物收获后丢弃的秸秆从地沟、河道、渠道里清理捞出来，不但废物利用，节约了资源，而且通顺了田间地头的地沟、河道、渠道里的河水的流动，避免了内涝，并且防止了地沟、河道、渠道里水质的污染，避免了水土环境的污染；同时扩大了整体机架四驱气刹后转向农用抓草机的作业范围。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示，农用折臂整体机架四驱后转向抓草机，包括机架14、发动机13、减速箱17、前桥19、后桥15、立柱焊合1和液压多路换向阀，所述发动机13设置在机架14的后部，所述减速箱17设置在发动机13前端的机架14上，所述减速箱17的动力输入轴通过发动机传动轴与发动机的动力输出轴联接，所述减速箱17的一个动力输出轴通过前传动轴18与前桥19联接，所述减速箱17的另一根动力输出轴通过后传动轴16与后桥15联接，所述机架14为整体结构，所述的后桥15为转向驱动桥，所述机架14的前端固定连接有立柱焊合1，所述立柱焊合1的上端铰接有两根后动臂11，所述后动臂11之间固定连接有后动臂横梁2；所述后动臂11的下边与立柱焊合1之间铰接有后动臂油缸12，所述后动臂11的前端与前动臂5铰接，所述前动臂5之间固定连接有前动臂后横梁4、前动臂前横梁10；所述前动臂5与所述后动臂11的上边铰接有前动臂油缸3，所述前动臂5前端与抓头9铰接，所述抓头9与前动臂前横梁10之间铰接有抓头油缸6，所述抓头9与上抓齿8铰接，所述抓头9与上抓齿油缸7铰接，所述上抓齿油缸7的另一端与上抓齿8铰接；所述上抓齿油缸7、后动臂油缸12、前动臂油缸3、抓头油缸6分别通过液压油管与所述的液压多路换向阀液压联接。该机动臂能够折弯，能够把农作物收获后丢弃的秸秆从地沟、河道、渠道里清理捞出来，不但废物利用，节约了资源，而且通顺了田间地头的地沟、河道、渠道里的河水的流动，避免了内涝，并且防止了地沟、河道、渠道里水质的污染，避免了水土环境的污染；同时扩大了整体机架四驱气刹后转向农用抓草机的作业范围。
该农用折臂整体机架四驱后转向抓草机工作原理：
抓草机移动到河沿，驾驶员操作液压多路换向阀，先使前动臂油缸3伸出，驱使前动臂5弯向河底、再使上抓齿8的上抓齿油缸7驱动上抓齿8张开，插入需抓物料，上抓齿8下压，抓紧物料，再使前动臂油缸3收缩，驱使前动臂5从河底伸出，再由后动臂油缸12驱动后动臂11上升到需要位置，抓草机移动到目的地，再驱动上抓齿8张开，再由抓头油缸6推动抓头9向下倾斜，进行卸物。
