Definitions
- the invention relates to a loader vehicle with a frame structure, the transversely spaced frame side parts contains.
- a lifting device of the loader vehicle has two extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction near the frame side parts Lift arms on. Extend from the frame side parts upward two transversely spaced between the Lifting arms with spaced post elements. Handlebar elements connect a respective rear area of the Lift arms with an upper area of the respective post element. Essentially in front of and between the post elements a driver's compartment trim is arranged.
- Such a thing Loader vehicle is known from US-A-5,609,464.
- Skid Steer Loaders or Skid Steer Loaders are small machines with hydraulic drives Lift arms that are articulated at their front ends carry mountable shovels or other work tools. Of the middle area of the loader carries a driver platform or cabin.
- loader components such as a hydrostatic transmission, steering linkage, hydraulic lines and Valves for driving the lifting arms, buckets and additional functions, Hydraulic lines for the wheel motor drives and various electrical wiring harnesses and connections, housed.
- loader components such as a hydrostatic transmission, steering linkage, hydraulic lines and Valves for driving the lifting arms, buckets and additional functions, Hydraulic lines for the wheel motor drives and various electrical wiring harnesses and connections, housed.
- the driver's cab is moved away. For this, the Driver's cabin moved forward or forward (US-A-5,551,826) or tilted back (US-A-4,811,983).
- the lifting arms of the skid steer loader can access the components from the side block. Front access is therefore often preferred. However, if it is a loader where the Driver's cab can be moved forward or tilted forward, access from the front is excluded, so that the lifting arms need to be raised to gain access from the side of the To enable the loader. If the loader hydraulics, however the lifting arms are not easy to operate lift so that access to the components becomes difficult. To overcome this problem, some skid-steer loaders exhibit a driver's cab that can be tilted backwards.
- skid-steer loaders with lift arms equip that lift vertically so that the vertical height the bucket and its forward reach are maximized can and it is easier to load the shovel into a truck to empty.
- both are front as well as the rear ends of the lifting arms in such a way determined that the blade would move along an essentially vertical path.
- the rear areas are articulated connected to handlebars that lift the rear vertically Allow ends of the lift arms.
- These handlebars are on sometimes frame structure of the loader standing vertically upwards attached to increase the vertical reach of the arms. Since the handlebars also allow the arms to pivot, the arms can move forward when lifting what the ability to carry loads across the side of a truck in these to drain, improved.
- the cross members mentioned can, however, when pivoting represent an obstacle to the driver's cab to the rear and the extent to which it pivots up and back is possible to limit significantly. As a result, the available work area under the raised back Driver's cabin, which is used for maintenance and repair work on the Vehicle components are available to be limited.
- the object underlying the invention is seen in to train a generic loader vehicle such that the problems mentioned at the beginning are overcome.
- a skid-steer loader with a cab to have that pivot up and back allows for adequate and convenient access to the Vehicle components from the front of the vehicle to provide.
- This is particularly desirable if the loader vehicle connecting elements between its frame structure and rear areas of the lifting arm, the one Allow the lifting arms to be lifted vertically.
- support post for fastening the lifting arm connecting elements to provide that allow the Raise the lift arms beyond the loader frame, their vertical Height and range forward is maximized, so that Tip material into the side of a truck leaves.
- a skid-steer loader has a vertical one lifting device with two lifting arms and one Driver's compartment trim, in particular a driver's cabin, which can then be swiveled up and back, when the hydraulics and electrics of the loader are complete fails.
- the rear of the driver's cab is at the top End of an upright structural member, especially one Support post, articulated so that there is a high pivot point for the upward pivoting of the driver's cab and the Posts during the pivoting as supporting frame parts for serve the driver's cabin.
- the joint structures are at the top, attached rear area of the driver's cabin, so that when Swinging up the floor and the rear area of the Driver cabin essentially lifted off the loader components and a sufficient work area for Expose service work.
- the lifting link which is vertical Allow lifting of the lifting arms are also on the support posts articulated in such a way that their vertical lifting height and forward reach maximized and construction simplified becomes.
- Between the posts and the ends of the link arms or the ends of the lifting arms is a stiffening cross member arranged, which stabilizes the posts and lifting arms, so that the required post thickness can be minimized.
- the articulated structures of the driver's cabin are nearby and something in front of the cross member so that a collision between Driver's cab and cross member is avoided if the Driver's cabin for access to vehicle components is pivoted above and behind.
- the cross member and the Articulated structures for the driver's cab and the Articulated connections for the lifting links are nearby the top of the support posts. This results in a improved rear view. It's gas cylinders that do that Raising the driver's cab support, and detachable Locking mechanisms for a secure hold of the Driver's cab in its raised, raised position, intended.
- FIGs 1, 2 and 3 illustrate a skid steer loader 10, also called skid steer loader or skid steer loader, with vertical lifting arms 12 and a pivotable to the rear Driver's compartment trim 14, which also functions as a complete driver's cabin could be trained.
- On the vehicle frame 16 are in rear vehicle area suspended engine 18 and front and Rear wheels 20, 22 attached.
- the rear wheels 22 can be used independently drive. They are through with their associated front wheels 20 Chain drives, not shown, coupled.
- the driver's compartment trim 14 is in the middle, between the lifting arms 12 worn area.
- the lifting arms 12 are designed so that they are on their front End loading shovels or similar tools can accommodate. Their attachment to the frame 16 leaves one essentially vertical lifting too. To enable such a movement is each of the two lifting arms 12 on a first Hublenkerelement 26, which is between a middle Area of the frame 16 and a lower, rear area 28 of the lifting arm 12 extends, pivotally attached. Second, upper link elements 30 are arcuate. she connect the upper, rear area 32 of the associated lifting arm 12 with one of the upright left or right post 34 in the rear of the vehicle frame 16 are attached and protrude from this upwards. Between the vehicle frame 16 and each lifting arm 12 is a Hydraulic cylinder 36 for lifting and lowering the lifting arm 12 arranged.
- the driver's compartment trim 14 which is best seen in FIGS. 1 to 4 shows a base 38, also basic structure called, which essentially have a floor 40 with integrated Side and rear walls 42, 44, tubular side parts 46, which protrude from the side walls 42 and up to the Post 34 extend a roof 48 with one forward protruding tubular frame 50 and side guards 52 has.
- the upright post 34 in the rear of the Loaders 10 form an additional rollover support structure for the driver's compartment trim 14.
- the driver's compartment trim 14 further includes a seat 54 secured to the base 38 and various measuring instruments. In the area of the front edge the driver's compartment trim 14 protrude from the vehicle frame 16 a control lever 56, 58 for the left and the right Wheels up. Fasteners in the form of screws 60 and nuts 61 (see Figures 3 and 10) secure each side of the Hold the passenger compartment trim 14 on the vehicle frame 16 and in their operational position.
- FIGS 3 and 4 show the loader 10 with a Cab trim 14, located in its upper, rearward pivoted position and thus access to offers various charger components housed under it.
- the components are, for example, a hydrostatic transmission 62, steering linkage, which the Control levers 56, 58 with the hydrostatic transmission 62 connect, hydraulic valves 64 with connected lines for driving the lifting arms 12, the loading shovel 24 and additional loader functions, hydraulic lines for the Wheel motor drives and various electrical wiring harnesses and Links.
- each hinge structure 66 includes a lifting eye 68 that attaches to one of the tubular side parts 46 is attached and from protrude this backwards.
- screws 70 are the Support eyelets 68 between the inner wall 72 and the outer wall 74 of the respective post 34 held.
- Each screw 70 has a thread at one end.
- the nuts are Screws 70 on the inner walls 72 and the outer walls 74 the post 34 secured.
- a reinforcement cross member 78 extends between the upper ends of the posts 34 just behind the Articulated structures 66. According to a preferred embodiment, it has a substantially C-shaped profile on which a cover 79 is attached. The opposite ends of the reinforcement cross member 78 abut the inner walls 72 of the posts 34 and are welded to them at 80 (see FIG. 6). Of the Reinforcement cross member 78 not only stiffens the posts 34 but also stabilizes the upper ends of the handlebar elements 30 and makes cross beams between the top ends of the Handlebar elements 30 superfluous.
- the charger 10 is used in the same way as similar ones known loader equipped with vertical lifting arms 12 are, d. that is, it is possible to pick up and move material Empty disposal from one side into a truck. If there are 10 mechanical problems with the loader or Maintenance work will be necessary that has access to Vehicle components, which are under the driver's compartment trim lie, require, so the operator can easily Point the cab trim up and back in Fig. 3 pivot position.
- locking means which are arranged on at least one of the gas cylinders 94, be operated to the driver's compartment trim 14 in their wear raised position.
- the locking means are in the Relation to a gas cylinder 94 in FIGS. 8 and 9 shown in more detail. They contain a bottom at the bottom Sleeve 102 has a seat surface 100 which is striving for Gas cylinder rod 104 including an angle to the lower one Wear sleeve 102. If the gas cylinder 94 from its in Fig. 8 retracted position shown in the Fig. 9 Is extended position, the seat 100 urges the lower Sleeve 102 from its aligned with an upper sleeve 106 Location.
- the gas cylinder 94 When the gas cylinder 94 is fully extended, it pivots the lower sleeve 102 in the position shown in Fig. 9, in the the upper edge 108 of the lower sleeve 102 under the lower edge 110 of the upper sleeve 106 pushes. With each other offset cylinder sleeves 102, 106, their corresponding edges 108, 110 collide, as shown in FIG. 9, the Gas cylinder 94 can not be retracted, but is in this Locked position and holds the cab trim 14 in their position. It has been shown that is sufficient, only one locking cylinder for the loader model ECV4SC500555S4D from Camloc (UK) Ltd., Fairchild Fastener Group to use.
- the cab trim 14 After performing maintenance and repair work, the cab trim 14 in a simple manner in their Bring operating position back and lock. To put them in the Returning the operating position are the locking means of the gas cylinder 94 released from their engagement, so that the gas cylinder 94 can contract. This will achieved by the lower cylinder sleeve 102 against the Prestressing the seat surface 100 inwards to the cylinder rod 104 is pressed so that the lower sleeve 102 with the upper Sleeve 106 is aligned. As soon as the sleeves 102, 106 are aligned, the cabin trim 14 pressed down, the Retract gas cylinder 94.
- Driver compartment trim 14 provides access to vehicle components relieved from the front of the loader 10. This can be particularly desirable if the Loader 10 a full electric or hydraulic System failure occurs, which makes it impossible for the lifting arms 12 easy to lift or remove so that a Access from the side of the loader 10 would be possible.
- the lifting arms 12 reach very high and after lifting front so that loads are emptied across the side of trucks can be. It can also be used to cover the driver's compartment 14 raised far above the loader components as well the rear view can be improved. Compared to previous ones Vehicles is a smaller number of less elaborate Components required for the manufacture of the loader.
