Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen von Zylindern einer Druckmaschine,mit einer angetriebenen Waschwalze (4), deren Rotationsachse parallel zur Rotationsachse eines zu reinigenden ersten Zylinders (1) steht und deren Umfangsfläche (13) einen ersten Winkelbereich (ϕ), der für den Kontakt mit dem ersten Zylinder (1) vorgesehen ist, sowie einen vom ersten Winkelbereich (ϕ) abgesetzten, zweiten Winkelbereich (ψ) aufweist, der für den Kontakt mit einem dem ersten Zylinder (1) benachbarten zweiten Zylinder (2) vorgesehen ist,mit einem Motor (5) zum Antrieb der Waschwalze (4),mit Mitteln (6, 7) zum Besprühen der der Waschwalze (4) mit Reinigungsflüssigkeiten (8, 9) undmit einer Abstreifeinrichtung (10) für die Waschwalze (4),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Rotationsachse der Waschwalze (4) zwischen der gemeinsamen Tangentialebene der Mantelflächen der beiden Zylinder (1, 2) und der Verbindungsebene der Rotationsachsen der beiden Zylinder (1, 2) liegt,und daß der Motor (5) koaxial mit der Waschwalze (4) oder, in Richtung zur Verbindungsebene der Rotationsachsen der beiden Zylinder (1, 2), neben der Rotationsachse der Waschwalze (4) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung eine Auffangwanne (12) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auffangwanne (12) durch ein speziell geformtes Fingerschutzblech (11) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Waschwalze (4) so angeordnet ist, daß sie während des Reinigungsvorgangs gleichzeitig mit dem ersten Zylinder (1) und dem zweiten Zylinder (2) in Kontakt steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Waschwalze (4) ein Verstellmechanismus zugeordnet ist, der bewirkt, daß die Waschwalze (4) während des Reinigungsvorgangs wahlweise mit dem ersten Zylinder (1) oder dem zweiten Zylinder (2) in Kontakt steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Zylinder (1) und der zweite Zylinder (2) zwei Gummituchzylinder (16, 16', 17, 17') in einer H-Druckeinheit (14) einer Offsetdruckmaschine sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Waschwalze (4) eine Bürstenwalze ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Waschwalze (4) mit einem festen oder austauschbaren Waschbelag versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifeinrichtung (10) oberhalb der Rotationsachse der Waschwalze (4) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem ersten Winkelbereich (ϕ) und dem zweiten Winkelbereich (ψ) jeweils ein separates Mittel (6, 7) zum Besprühen mit Reinigungsflüssigkeiten (8,9) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Waschwalze (4) in einem Gehäuse (3) angeordnet ist, das mit je einer separaten Öffnung für den ersten und den zweiten Winkelbereich (ϕ, ψ) der Umfangsfläche (13) der Waschwalze (4) versehen ist.
