Description
Die Verbindungsvorrichtung besteht aus einem Auflagekopf und einer Klemmvorrichtung und ist so ausgebildet, daß ihre Oberkante mit der des daran befestigten Rohrs auf einer Ebene ist. Ferner weist die Verbindungsvorrichtung Bolzen zur kraftschlüssigen Verbindung mit darüber einhängbaren Belägen auf. Durch diese konstruktiven Merkmale der Verbindungsvorrichtung ist es möglich, Beläge mit Löchern oder Ösen, die zum Einhängen in das Gerüst über die Bolzen der Auflageriegel geschoben werden, bis an die Ständerelemente heranzulegen, so daß nahezu kein Spalt zwischen Belag und Ständerelement entsteht. Darüberhinaus können die Auflageriegel in ihrer Länge so bemessen werden, daß auf Grund eines identisch einstellbaren Achsabstands der Ständerpaare eines Modulgerüstes zu dem Achsabstand eines Rahmengerüstes, Rahmen- und Modulgerüste miteinander kombiniert werden können.
Die Rahmengerüste bestehen insbesondere aus vertikalen Rohrrahmenelementen, die mit direkt aussteifenden Belägen sowie Geländer- und Vertikaldiagonalstreben verbunden sind.
Bei der einen Befestigungsart weisen die Beläge Löcher oder Ösen auf, die über Bolzen an dem Auflageriegel geschoben werden, wodurch eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Auflageriegel und Belag entsteht.
Bei der anderen Befestigungsart verfügt der Auflageriegel über eine vorzugsweise durchgehende Nut, in die an dem Belag befestigte Hacken oder Klauen eingehängt werden, um eine Verbindung zwischen Belag und Auflageriegel herzustellen.
Fig. 1 einen erfindungsgemäßer Auflageriegel mit den erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungsvorrichtungen in Seitenansicht und in Draufsicht.
Fig. 2 den erfindungsgemäßen Auflageriegel mit den erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungsvorrichtungen mit eingehängten Belägen.
Fig. 3 zwei erfindungsgemäße Auflageriegel angeordnet an einer Haltevorrichtung unter einem Winkel von 45° und Details des abgeflachten Bolzens.
Der Auflagekopf 1 ist an dem Rohr 6, das einen rechteckigen Querschnitt hat, festgeschweißt.
Der Auflagekopf 1 ist konstruktiv so ausgebildet, daß sich dessen Oberkannte 7 auf einer Ebene mit der Oberkannte 8 des daran anschließenden Rohrs 6 befindet. Ferner ist die Oberfläche 9 des Auflagekopfs 1 so ausgebildet, daß sie gemeinsam mit dem Grüstrohr die Auflagefläche für aufliegende Beläge bildet.
Die Draufsicht der Fig. 1b verdeutlicht, daß die Verbindungsvorrichtung keilförmig ist, wobei die Spitze des Keils abgeschnitten ist und die daraus resultierende Fäche 10 eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung mit dem Ständerelement 4 bildet. Die Außenseiten des Keils 11 bilden bezogen auf die Mittelachse einen Winkel von 22°, so daß es möglich ist, wie in der Fig. 3a dargestellt, an einer Haltevorrichtung zwei erfindungsgemäße Verbindungsvorrichtung, die zueinander einen Winkel von 45° bilden, anzubringen.
Um Beläge, die auf dem Rohr 6 und der Verbindungsvorrichtung 1 aufliegen, kraftschlüssig mit dieser verbinden zu können, weist die Verbindungungsvorrichtung Bolzen 12 auf.
Die Bolzen wurden in die Gußform zur Herstellung der Verbindngsvorrichtung integriert. Die Bolzen sind an der Außenseite, wie in Fig. 3b dargestellt, so abgeflacht, daß ihre Außenseite gemeinsam mit der Außenseite 11 dem Auflagekopf 1 eine Flucht bilden.
Neben den Sternbolzen an dem Verbindungskopf sind noch Sternbolzen 13 an dem Rohr 6 angeschweißt. Die Sternbolzen des Verbindungsvorrichtung und des Rohrs befinden sich in einer Ebene.
Ferner ist es möglich den erfindungsgemäßen Auflageriegel in seiner Länge so auszuführen, daß er eine Kombination von Modul- und Rahmengerüsten erlaubt.
Claims (15)
- Verbindungsvorrichtung bestehend aus einem Auflagekopf (1) und einer Klemmvorrichtung (3) für horizontal verlaufende Gerüstelemente, die ein horizontal verlaufendes Rohr (6) aufweist mit vertikalen Ständerelementen (4), die in regelmäßigen Abständen mit Haltevorrichtungen (2) zum Einhängen und Festklemmen der horizontal verlaufenden Gerüstelemente versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberkante (7) des Auflagekopfs (1) auf einer Ebene mit der Oberkante (8) des damit verbundenen Rohrs (6) liegt und daß der Auflagekopf (1) Bolzen (12) zur kraftschlüssigen Verbindung mit darüber einhängbaren Belägen (14) aufweist.
- Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Elemente (12) zur kraftschlüssigen Verbindung rechts und links der Außenseite des Auflagekopfs (1) befinden.
- Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bolzen (12) an ihrer Außenseite so abgeflacht und so in dem Auflagekopf (1) integriert sind, daß die jeweilige Außenseite der Bolzen die jeweilige Außenseite (11) des Auflagekopfs nicht überragt.
- Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auflagekopf (1) in der Draufsicht die Grundform eines stumpfen Keils hat.
- Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenseiten des stumpfen Keils bezogen auf die Mittelachse jeweils einen Winkel von ≤ 22,5° bilden.
- Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bolzen (12) mit dem Auflagekopf (1) ein Gußteil bilden.
- Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmvorrichtung (3) ein Keil ist.
- Auflageriegel, bestehend aus einem Rohr (6) mit jeweils einer Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 1-7 an jedem der beiden Enden.
- Auflageriegel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (6) rechteckig ist.
- Auflageriegel nach Ansprüchen 8-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsvorrichtung (1) an dem Rohr (6) angeschraubt, angenietet oder angeschweißt ist.
- Auflageriegel nach Ansprüchen 8-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Rohr (6) weitere Bolzen (13) zur kraftschlüssigen Verbindung zwischen dem Rohr (6) und dem darauf auflegbaren Belag (14) angebracht sind.
- Auflageriegel nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bolzen (13) den Querschnitt eines vierstrahligen Sterns aufweisen.
- Verwendung des Auflageriegels nach den Ansprüchen 8-12 als Teil eines Gerüstsystems.
- Verwendung der Verbindungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1-7 als Teil eines Gerüstsystems.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gerüstsystem ein Modulgerüst ist.
