- the weld 115 formed between the web 114 and the film F prevents detachment of the means of closure 100 when moving the film F.
- the weld 125 produced on only one longitudinal edge of the second sail 124 is operated on the rear longitudinal edge in reference to the direction of movement L of the film F, as seen on the Figure 5.
- This weld 125 is thus placed on the mouth of the bag and not on the internal volume side of it. Therefore internal pressure of the bag requests closing profiles 112, 122 in approach and not away.
- the webs 114 and 124 of the closure means 100 may be provided with longitudinal beads 116, 126 at the level of the edges of the webs 114, 124 to be welded to the film F (these are preferably beads 116, 126 tapered away from the web 114, 124, for example beads of generally triangular cross section such that defined in the French patent application filed in the name of Applicant on June 17, 1997 under N ° 97 07490 and as shown schematically in Figure 6), or even localized layers of material facilitating the welding of the sails 114, 124 at this level.
- the present invention is particularly applicable to the production of bags based on plastic film F.
- the present invention can apply to the production of bags based on film F formed from any material equivalent, in particular based on complex film comprising a sheet of paper or metal coated with a layer of plastic material.
