Claims (3)

  1. Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung eines Verpackungsbeutels für Lebensmittel auf Grundlage eines Schlauchs einer Kunststofffolie, wonach:
    - der Film aufeinanderfolgenden Faltoperationen unterzogen wird, um Seitenfalten (1c, 1d) zwischen zwei Lagen (1a, 1b) auszuführen,
    - es eine Längsschweißnaht (L1) in Höhe des Anschlusses der Außenränder der Seitenfalten (1c, 1d) an die Lagen (1a, 1b) ausgeführt wird,
    - eine Querschweißnaht (L2) in regelmäßigen Abständen ausgeführt wird, die einen Boden (1e) bildet,
    - eine Schrägschweißnaht (L3) in regelmäßigen Abständen zwischen den Außenrändern der Seitenfalten (1c, 1d) und der Querschweißnaht (L2), die den Boden (1e) bildet, ausgeführt wird,
    - es eine dreieckige Zone ausgeschnitten wird, die sich aus den Schrägschweiß-(L3) und Bodenschweißnähten (1e) ergibt,
    - es ein Schnitt in Höhe des Bodens (1e) beiderseits symmetrisch zu den schrägen Nähten ausgeführt wird, um eine Beutelöffnung zu bilden;
    Herstellungsverfahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausschneiden jeder dreieckigen Zone vom Außenrand der Seitenfalten (1c, 1d) aus entlang dem Außenrand der Schrägschweißnaht (L3) bis zum Außenrand der Querschweißnaht (L2), ausgeführt wird, dass das Ausschneiden dann in Querrichtung nach innen des Kunststofffolienschlauchs, entlang des Außenrandes der Querschweißnaht (L2) fortgesetzt wird und schließlich einem Halbkreis folgt, indem es sich von der Querschweißnaht (L2) entfernt und zurückführt und indem das Ausschneiden quer bis zum Außenrand des Schlauchs parallel zur Querschweißnaht (L2) fortsetzt.
  2. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dreieckigen Zonen in einer Art und Weise ausgeschnitten werden, dass runde Kanten entstehen.
  3. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausschneiden in Höhe des Bodens (1e) mit einer Doppelklinge erfolgt, bei der der Abstand der beiden Klingen so ist, dass beim doppelten Ausschneiden, die Querschnitte, die beim Ausschneiden der dreieckigen Zonen hergestellt werden, zwischen diesen beiden Klingen ausgeführt werden.
