Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Tasche ausgehend von einer Spule mit Kunststofffolie, wobei:
    - die Folie aufeinander folgenden Faltvorgängen ausgesetzt wird, um zwischen zwei Seitenwänden (1a und 1b) seitliche Bälge (1c und 1d) zu erzielen;
    - die Folie in Abhängigkeit von der gewünschten Höhe der Tasche quer abgetrennt wird;
    - das querverlaufende offene Endstück (1f) einer der Wände (1b) außen umgeklappt wird, um die Bälge zu öffnen und sie unter Bildung eines Dreiecks (1c3 und 1d3) in eine flache Position zu bringen;
    - ein als Boden geeigneter Streifen (2) auf der Innenseite des umgeklappten Wandteils (1f), auf der Innenseite der in Dreiecksform angeordneten Bälge (1a3 und 1d3) und auf der Innenseite der anderen Wand (1a) angesetzt und befestigt wird;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die Außenfalten der Bälge (1c und 1d) auf einem Teil der Taschenhöhe bis zu einem bestimmten Abstand (d) von dem zum Umklappen bestimmten querverlaufenden Endstück verbunden werden, wobei der besagte Abstand der Breite einer Balgfalte entspricht.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach der Befestigung des Bodenstreifens (2) im mittleren Teil des Streifens auf ganzer Länge eine zum besagten Boden parallele Faltlinie realisiert wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf mindestens einem der Wände (1a und/oder 1b) eine Markierungslinie realisiert wird, die parallel zum Boden (2) und in einem Abstand zum Boden, der ziemlich genau der Breite einer Balgfalte entspricht, verläuft.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungen durch ungefalzte Schweißlinien realisiert werden.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bodenstreifen (2) aus dem gleichen Material hergestellt wird wie die Kunststofffolie.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bodenstreifen (2) aus einem von der Kunststofffolie verschiedenen Material hergestellt wird.
