Claims (13)

  1. Faltenbeutel (1a) und (1b) aus Kunststoff für Nahrungsmittel, wobei die Falten (1a und 1b) im Bereich der Längsränder des Beutels ausgebildet sind und sich aus zwei Innenfalzen (a) und (b) ergeben, die ausgehend von einer Mittellinie (c) ausgeformt sind und über Verbindungsbereiche (d) und (e) die Vorderseite (1c) und die Rückseite (1d) des besagten Beutels miteinander verbinden, wobei mindestens eine der besagten Falten (1b) Vorkehrungen aufweist, die als Handgriff dienen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorkehrungen aus Öffnungen (O1 und 02) bestehen, die in der Materialdicke der Falze (a und b) der Falte (1b) gegenüber einem angefügten Element (2) ausgebildet sind, das auf dichte Weise innerhalb der Falze (a und b) der Falte befestigt ist.
  2. Beutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (O1 und O2) ziemlich genau in der Mitte der Länge der Falte gegenüber dem angefügten Element (2) ausgebildet sind, das zwischen den Verbindungsbereichen der Innenfalze (a und b) der Falte mit der Vorderseite (1c) und Rückseite (1d) befestigt ist.
  3. Beutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (O1 und O2) in der Materialdicke der Falze (a und b) der Falte (1b) und in der Materialdicke eines Verstärkungsstreifens (3) ausgebildet sind, der ziemlich genau in der Mitte der Länge der Falze gegenüber dem angesetzten Element (2) befestigt ist, das seinerseits zwischen den Verbindungsbereichen der Innenfalze der Falte mit der Vorderseite (1c) und Rückseite (1d) befestigt ist.
  4. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (O1 und O2) eine allgemeine ziemlich genau längliche Form haben und symmetrisch beiderseits der Mittellinie (c) der beiden Falze (a und b) angeordnet sind und dabei einen Mittelstreifen umgrenzen, der nach dem Einführen einer Hand durch die besagten Öffnungen (O1 und O2) den Griff als solchen (P) bildet.
  5. Beutel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Querrichtung in der Materialdicke der Falze (a und b) der Falte (1b) gegenüber dem angesetzten Element (2) und beiderseits der Öffnungen (O1 und O2) Profilschlitze (F) ausgebildet sind.
  6. Beutel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Querrichtung in der Materialdicke der Falze (a und b) der Falte (1b) und in der Materialdicke des Verstärkungsstreifens (3) gegenüber dem angesetzten Element (2) und beiderseits der Öffnungen (O1 und O2) Profilschlitze (F) ausgebildet sind.
  7. Beutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen aus Profilschlitzen (F1) bestehen, die in der Materialdicke der Falze (a und b) der Falte (1b) gegenüber dem angesetzten Element (2) ausgebildet sind, das auf dichte Weise innerhalb der Falze der Falte befestigt ist, wobei die besagten Schlitze (F1) symmetrisch beiderseits der Mittellinie (c) der beiden Falze (a und b) angeordnet sind und dabei einen Mittelstreifen umgrenzen, der nach dem Einführen einer Hand durch die besagten Schlitze den Griff als solchen (P) bildet.
  8. Beutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen aus Profilschlitzen (F1) bestehen, die in der Materialdicke der Falze (a und b) der Falte (1b) und in der Materialdicke eines Verstärkungsstreifens (3) ausgebildet sind, der gegenüber dem angesetzten Element (2) befestigt ist, das seinerseits auf dichte Weise innerhalb der Falze der Falte befestigt ist, wobei die besagten Schlitze (F1) symmetrisch beiderseits der Mittellinie (c) der beiden Falze (a und b) angeordnet sind und dabei einen Mittelstreifen umgrenzen, der nach dem Einführen einer Hand durch die besagten Schlitze den Griff als solchen (P) bildet.
  9. Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das angesetzte Element (2) eine ziemlich genau viereckige flache Form besitzt.
  10. Beutel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ziemlich genau viereckige flache Form so ausgelegt ist, um die Öffnungen (O1 und O2) bzw. Schlitze (F1) vollkommen zu überdecken und auf diese Weise dafür zu sorgen, dass der Beutel innen dicht ist.
  11. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Faltenbeutels (1a und 1b) aus Kunststoff nach Anspruch 1 in folgenden Schritten:
    - es wird kontinuierlich eine Rolle mit Kunststofffolie (f) abgerollt und in mehreren Schritten bearbeitet, um zwischen den beiden Längsrändern der Folie einen Teil zu umgrenzen, der die Vorderseite (1c) des Beutels bildet, einen Teil, der eine der Falten (1b) bildet, einen Teil, der die Rückseite (1d) des Beutels bildet, und einen weiteren Teil, der die andere Falte (1a) bildet;
    - einer der eine der Falten (1b) bildenden Teile wird kontinuierlich in regelmäßigen Abständen in mindestens einem Arbeitsschritt dazu befähigt, als Handgriff dienende Öffnungen zu bilden;
    - die Folie wird in verschiedenen Arbeitsschritten gefalzt, geschnitten und geschweißt, um einen Beutel mit einem Boden, Längsrändern mit Falten und einer Öffnung zu bilden.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - in der Materialdicke des eine der Falten (1b) bildenden Teils die Öffnungen (O1 und O2) für die Durchführung einer Hand erzielt und symmetrisch beiderseits der Mittellinie des besagten Teils angeordnet werden;
    - auf dichte Weise und auf der Seite der Folie, die den Innenteil des Beutels bilden soll, auf ziemlich genau der Breite des eine der Falten (1b) bildenden Teils und im Bereich der besagten Öffnungen bzw. Schlitze ein Element (2) angesetzt und befestigt wird, um diese vollkommen zu verschließen.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - im Bereich der als Griff dienenden Öffnungen ein Verstärkungsstreifen (3) befestigt wird;
    - in der Materialdicke des eine der Falten (1b) bildenden Teils und in der Materialdicke des Verstärkungsstreifens (3) Öffnungen (O1 und O2) (3a und 3b) für die Durchführung einer Hand erzielt und beiderseits der Mittellinie des besagten Teils symmetrisch angeordnet werden;
    - auf dichte Weise und auf der Seite der Folie, die den Innenteil des Beutels bilden soll, auf ziemlich genau der Breite des eine der Falten (1b) bildenden Teils und im Bereich der besagten Öffnungen bzw. Schlitze ein Element (2) angesetzt und befestigt wird, um diese vollkommen zu verschließen.
