Ebenso ist diese Dosiervorrichtung mit den bisher bekannten Einrichtungen für flüssige Reinigungsmittel, z. B. Klarspüler beim Geschirrspüler, als eine Geräteeinheit zu kombinieren.
Auch die Verwendung von Reinigungsmitteln in Tablettenform sowie in flüssiger Form ist in der o. g. Dosiervorrichtung möglich.
Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung zum dosierten Zugeben eines pulverförmigen Reinigungsmittels in wasserführenden Reinigungsmaschinen, insbesondere Geschirrspülmaschinen oder Waschmaschinen, bestehend im wesentlichen aus einer trichterförmigen Reinigungsmittelzulaufeinrichtung mit einer Auslaßöffnung im tiefsten Punkt, die oberhalb einer Dosier- und Zugabevorrichtung vorgesehen ist, welche mit zumindest zwei in einer Ebene liegenden Kammern zur Aufnahme des pulverförmigen Reinigungsmittels ausgestattet ist, das in einen Behandlungsbehälter der Reinigungsmaschine abgegeben wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kammern (9) Einfüllöffnungen (13) zum wahlweisen Füllen beliebiger einzelner oder aller Kammern (9) mit dem pulverförmigen Reinigungsmittel aufweisen, die mit der Auslaßöffnung (22) der trichterförmigen Reinigungsmittelzulaufeinrichtung (6) in Verbindung stehen und für die Portionierung gleichzeitig einzeln ansteuerbare Öffnungen (13) für die Spül- bzw. Waschwasserzugabe sind, die mit synchron steuerbaren Auslaßöffnungen (14) für die mit Wasser angereicherten pulverförmigen Reinigungsmittel (25) korrespondieren. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kammern (9) im Kreisring nebeneinanderliegend radial um die zentrale Auslaßöffnung (22) der trichterförmigen Reinigungsmittelzulaufeinrichtung (6) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kammern (9) Durchgangskanäle bilden, deren Einfüllöffnungen (13) durch einen Wassereinlauftrichter (21) und deren radial gegenüberliegende Auslaßöffnungen (14) durch eine ringförmige Gehäusewand (15) mit Öffnung (17) gesteuert sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die ringförmige Gehäusewand (15) sich einstückig in der trichterförmigen Reinigungsmittelzulaufeinrichtung (16) fortsetzt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Wassereinlauftrichter (21) für das Füllen der Kammern (9) mit Reinigungsmittel (25) entgegen der Wirkung einer Feder (20) axial verschiebbar und in Freigabeposition für die Einfüllöffnungen (13) der Kammern (9) rastbar ist, während er in seiner Arbeitsposition drehfest angeordnet ist und unter der Wirkung der Feder (20) bündig unter der Auslaßöffnung (22) der trichterförmigen Reinigungsmittelzulauföffnung (16) ansteht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Wassereinlauftrichter (21) manuell durch einen Einstellknopf (26) axial und drehbeweglich ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3, 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Wassereinlauftrichter (21) eine Nase (24) aufweist, die bei niedergedrücktem Wassereinlauftrichter (21) eine solche Einfüllöffnung (13) der Kammern (9) verschließt, deren Auslaßöffnung (14) in dieser Position geöffnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kammern (9) in einer und/oder alternierend in beiden Drehrichtungen um die gemeinsame Drehachse in Schritten drehbar sind, so daß in jeder Halteposition eine Einlaßöffnung mit korrespondierender Auslaßöffnung für einen freien Wasserdurchtritt mit Reinigungsmittelzugabe zum Behandlungsraum geöffnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Bereich der Auslaßöffnung (14) einer zum Behandlungsraum (7) geöffneten Kammer (9) eine Spritzwasserdüse (27) wirksam zuschaltbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die trichterförmige Reinigungsmittelzulaufeinrichtung (16) mit einem separaten Einfüllbehälter (29) des Reinigungsmittels (25) beaufschlagbar ist, der im Durchmesser radial über die Außenwand der Kammern (9) vorsteht und gegen die Kraft einer Feder axial bewegbar ist und am Außenring der Kammern (9) Einfüllöffnungen (32) für das Reinigungsmittel (25) steuert,
wobei der Spül- bzw. Waschwasserzulauf durch den zentral angeordneten Wassereinlauftrichter (21) durch jeweils eine Kammer (9) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kammern (9) durch einen gemeinsamen Deckel verschließbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Deckel (39) mit einer Öffnung versehen ist, die dem Querschnitt einer Kammer (9) entspricht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kammern (9) der Dosier- und Zugabevorrichtung (6) linear hintereinander angeordnet sind, wobei ein Schieber (40) die Kammern verschließt und schrittweise eine oder mehrere Kammern freigibt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Schieber ein umlaufendes Band (40) eingesetzt ist, welches eine Öffnung besitzt, die so breit ist wie alle Kammern (9) zusammen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch Programm- oder manuelle Einstellung eine gewünschte Anzahl von Einzelkammern (9) für die Durchspülung von Spül- bzw. Waschwasser mit pulverförmigem Reinigungsmittel (25) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Dosiergerät mit einer mechanischen, optischen oder elektrischen/elektronischen Füllstandsanzeige versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Reinigungsmittel in Tablettenform, Pulverform oder in flüssiger Form in die Dosier- und Zugabevorrichtung bzw. in die Kammern (9) zugebbar sind.
