Claims (15)
- Handgehaltenes materialabtragendes Werkzeug für die Blechbearbeitung miteiner Antriebseinrichtung für zumindest einen Schleifkörper,an dessen Außenfläche materialabtragende Mittel zur Blechbearbeitung angebracht sind,
daß durch die Antriebseinrichtung ein weiterer Schleifkörper antreibbar ist, und durch beide Schleifkörper eine gleichzeitige doppelseitige Bearbeitung eines zwischen den Schleifkörpern angeordneten Blechs ermöglicht ist. - Handgehaltenes Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch zwei jeweils einen Schleifkörper haltende Antriebsspindeln, von welchen zumindest eine auf die andere zu schwenkbar oder verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
- Handgehaltenes Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine Regeleinrichtung, durch welche der Anpreßdruck der Antriebsspindeln auf die Schleifkörper unabhängig vom Betätigungsdruck eines Bedieners begrenzbar oder automatisch einstellbar ist.
- Handgehaltenes Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung einen Rotationsantrieb umfasst und die Schleifkörper rotationssymmetrische Schleifkörper sind.
- Handgehaltenes Werkzeug nach Anspruch 4, ferner gekennzeichnet durch einen sich selbstätig zu der zu bearbeitenden Oberfläche parallel ausrichtenden Schleifkörper.
- Handgehaltenes Werkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch zumindest einen achsialen Anschlag, welcher eine Führungseinrichtung für die Schleifkörper relativ zum Rand eines zu bearbeitenden Blechs bildet.
- Handgehaltenes Werkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebswelle und/oder der Schleifkörper jeweils abnehmbar befestigt sind.
- Handgehaltenes Werkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkzeug durch ein seitlich am Gehäuse angeordnetes Betätigungselement mit einer Hand bedienbar ist.
- Handgehaltenes Werkzeug nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement in dessen abgeschalteter Grundstellung gegen Einschalten gesichert ist.
- Handgehaltenes Werkzeug nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der entsicherten Stellung des Betätigungselements die Schleifkörper durch das Betätigungselement aufeinander zu verschwenkbar sind.
- Handgehaltenes Werkzeug nach Anspruch 8, 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor oder während des Verschwenkens der Schleifkörper der Antriebsmotor durch das Betätigungselement einschaltbar ist.
- Handgehaltenes Werkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor ein pneumatischer Motor ist und das Einschaltventil des Antriebsmotors eine einstellbare Drossel aufweist.
- Handgehaltenes Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor ein Elektromotor ist dessen Drehmoment und/oder Drehzahl elektronisch geregelt ist.
- Handgehaltenes Werkzeug nach einem der vorsehenden Ansprüche, ferner gekennzeichnet durch eine Abdeckung die umkehrbar auf das Gehäuse aufsetzbar ist und jeweils einen anderen Abdeckungsbereich bereitstellt.
- Handgehaltenes Werkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Absaugeinrichtung für Schleifgut, die an der Abdeckung oder dem Gehäuse des Werkzeugs angeordnet ist.
