Claims (7)
- Hand-Oszillationsmaschine mit einem stirnseitigen Befestigungszapfen (2) für Werkzeuge, an dem eine Zwischenhalterung (10) mit einem Massekörper (9) befestigt ist, der eine Werkzeugaufnahme (12) aufweist, in der Werkzeuge verdreh- und ortsfest über Befestigungsmittel aufgenommen sind, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:die Zwischenhalterung (10) weist in Axialrichtung der Hand-Oszillationsmaschine gesehen aufeinanderfolgend ein flaches Befestigungsteil (8), das an einer seitlichen Anlagefläche (3) des Befestigungszapfens (2) befestigt wird, und den Massekörper (9) auf,das Befestigungsteil und der Massekõrper bilden eine einstückige Schwungkörper-Zwischenhalterung (10), unddie Achse der Werkzeugaufnahme (12), welche für herkömmliche Zusatz-Werkzeuge, beispielsweise Fräs- oder Schleifwerkzeuge für Bohrmaschinen, ausgelegt ist, ist in etwa an die Mittelachse der Hand-Oszillationsmaschine herangeführt.
- Hand-Oszillationsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsteil (8) im wesentlichen wie die Befestigungsteile von üblichen Oszillatorwerkzeugen ausgebildet ist und einen Durchbruch (11) zur Aufnahme eines Mehrkants (4) aufweist, und daß das Befestigungsteil (8) geringfügig dicker ist als der am Befestigungszapfen (2) angebrachte Mehrkant (4).
- Hand-Oszillationsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Massekörper (9) in achsparalleler Erstreckung und in Axialrichtung der Hand-Oszillationsmaschine gesehen eine Aufnahmebohrung (12) aufweist, die als die Werkzeugaufnahme für die herkömmlichen Zusatz-Werkzeuge, beispielsweise Fräs- oder Schleifwerkzeuge für Bohrmaschinen, dient.
- Hand-Oszillationsmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine in die Aufnahmebohrung (12) sich öffnende Gewindebohrung (13) vorgesehen ist, in die eine Klemmschraube (14), z.B. eine Madenschraube, einschraubbar ist, mit der das Zusatz-Werkzeug verdreh- und ortsfest gehalten wird.
- Hand-Oszillationsmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Klemmschraube (14) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Anlagefläche (3) des Befestigungszapfens (2) angeordnet ist.
- Hand-Oszillationsmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus Massekörper (9) und flachem Befestigungsteil (8) gebildete Zwischenhalterung (10) im wesentlichen eine L-förmige Ausbildung aufweist.
- Hand-Oszillationsmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Massekörper Abschrägungen (19, 22) vorgesehen sind, insbesondere an der Vorderkante der Unterseite sowie vorzugsweise an der der Klemmschraube (14) gegenüberliegenden Oberkante.
