Claims (6)

  1. Cage de laminage pour le laminage de bandes avec des cylindres de travail qui s'appuient via des cylindres intermédiaires sur des cylindres d'appui, les cylindres de travail et/ou les cylindres d'appui et/ou les cylindres intermédiaires étant disposés de manière à pouvoir se déplacer axialement les uns par rapport aux autres et au moins les cylindres de travail et/ou les cylindres intermédiaires présentant un contour courbé ou cylindrique s'étendant sur toute la longueur des cylindres, caractérisée en ce que les cylindres de travail (13a, 13b) et les cylindres intermédiaires (12a, 12b) présentent, sur à chaque fois leurs faces frontales, dans la zone s'étendant entre les tourillons (17a, 17b, 18a, 18b) de l'axe et la surface enveloppante du cylindre, des évidements (15a, 15b, 16a, 16b) s'étendant en forme d'anneau autour des tourillons (17a, 17b, 18a, 18b) de l'axe.
  2. Cage de laminoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le contour des côtés extérieurs de l'enveloppe du cylindre dans la zone des évidements annulaires (15a, 15b, 16a, 16b) est une continuation du contour de la partie du cylindre avec une section pleine.
  3. Cage de laminoir selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la forme et la taille des évidements annulaires (15a, 15b) des cylindres de travail (13a, 13b) sont différentes de la forme et de la taille des évidements annulaires (16a, 16b) des cylindres intermédiaires (12a, 12b).
  4. Cage de laminoir selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les cylindres de travail (13a, 13b) et les cylindres intermédiaires (12a, 12b) sont disposés de manière décalée et déplacée axialement les uns par rapport aux autres de telle manière que les deux côtés de la bande du produit à laminer (14) se trouvent dans la zone des évidements annulaires (15a, 15b, 16a, 16b) des cylindres de travail (13a, 13b) et des cylindres intermédiaires (12a, 12b) décalés de 180° par rapport aux cylindres de travail (13a, 13b).
  5. Procédé pour le laminage de bandes de différentes largeurs dans une cage de laminage (10) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement axial des cylindres de travail (13a, 13b) et des cylindres intermédiaires (12a, 12b) est réalisé de telle manière qu'au moins un des cylindres (12a, 12b, 13a, 13b) est toujours placé au-dessus et au-dessous du produit à laminer (14) avec ses évidements annulaires (15a, 15b, 16a, 16b) au niveau des bords du produit à laminer (14).
  6. Procédé pour le laminage de bandes selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le parcours de déplacement axial des cylindres de travail (13a, 13b) présente une longueur différente par rapport au parcours de déplacement des cylindres intermédiaires (12a, 12b).
