Claims (15)
- Bandschiebeeinrichtung einer Umreifungsvorrichtung zum Anlegen eines Bandes um ein Packgut, welchemit einem Hülltrieb versehen ist, der lediglich ein Hüllglied aufweist, das mit einer Innenfläche über mindestens zwei Räder geführt ist, mindestens eines der beiden Räder als Antriebsrad ausgebildet ist, das mit einem Antriebsmotor in Wirkverbindung bringbar ist, wodurch das Hüllglied antreibbar ist,das Band durch eine Andruckrolle an eine Aussenfläche des Hüllgliedes andrückbar ist, um zwischen dem Band und dem Hüllglied eine Reibkraft zu erzeugen durch welche das Band in eine Richtung schiebbar ist, die Andruckrolle in einem Bereich angeordnet ist, in dem das Hüllglied eines der beiden Räder umschlingt, wodurch mit der Andruckrolle das Hüllglied gegen das eine der beiden Räder andrückbar ist,Mittel zur Umkehr des Drehsinn des Hüllgliedes vorhanden sind, so dass das Band sowohl in eine Vorschub- als auch in eine Spannrichtung bewegbar ist, undein weiteres, der Aussenfläche (20) des Hüllgliedes gegenüberliegendes Rad vorhanden ist, welches als Spannrad (26) ausgebildet ist, das während einer Spannphase das Band (2) zur Aufbringung einer Bandspannung an das Hüllglied drückt.
- Bandspanneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannrad (26) in zwei Endlagen überführbar ist, wobei das Spannrad (26) in der ersten Endlage mit Abstand zum Hüllglied angeordnet ist und in der zweiten Endlage das Hüllglied das Spannrad (26) teilweise umschlingt.
- Bandschiebeeinrichtung nach einem oder beiden der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannrad (26) schwenkbar an einem Hebel (28) angelenkt ist.
- Bandschiebeeinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein zweites Antriebsrad (17), mit welchem durch Anlage an die Aussenfläche (20) des Hüllgliedes letzteres antreibbar ist.
- Bandschiebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position des zweiten Antriebsrades (17) gegenüber der Position des ersten Antriebsrades (16) veränderbar ist.
- Bandschiebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Antriebsrad (17) an einem Hebel (19) schwenkbar angelenkt ist, und dass das zweite Antriebsrad (17) insbesondere mit einer auf den Hebel (19) wirkenden elastischen Feder an das Hüllglied andrückbar ist.
- Bandschiebeeinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während einer Vorschubphase, in welcher das Band durch Abzug von einer Vorratsrolle einen Vorschub erfährt, nur das zweite Antriebsrad (17) das Hüllglied antreibt.
- Bandschiebeeinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während einer Spannphase, in welcher das Band zur Aufbringung der Bandspannung entgegen der Vorschubrichtung rückgezogen wird, das Hüllglied nur durch das erste Antriebsrad (16) antreibbar ist.
- Bandschiebeeinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Andruckrolle (23) mit einem Sensor versehen ist, mit welchem der Drehzustand, insbesondere ein Stillstand, der Andruckrolle (23), detektierbar ist, wobei durch den Sensor bei einem bestimmten Drehzustand, insbesondere bei einem Stillstand, der Andruckrolle ein Signal an eine Steuerung gesendet werden kann, wodurch die Steuerung einen Antriebsmotor eines der Antriebsräder (16, 17) abschaltet, die Steuerung danach ein Andrücken des Spannrades (26) an das Hüllglied und die Erzeugung einer Antriebsbewegung des anderen Antriebsrades (16, 17) veranlasst.
- Bandschiebeeinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Andruckrolle (23) im Bereich eines Umschlingungswinkels, mit dem das Hüllglied das Umlenkrad (15) umschlingt, angeordnet ist, und dass die Andruckrolle (23) dort das Band gegen das Hüllglied und dadurch das Hüllglied gegen das Umlenkrad (15) drückt.
- Bandschiebeeinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hüllglied ein Mehrfachkeilriemen (13) ist.
- Bandschiebeeinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Vermeidung eines zu grossen Bandvorschubes ein Antriebsmotor mit Gegenstrom bremsbar ist.
- Bandschiebeeinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Andruckrolle (23) sowohl in einer Vorschub-, Rückzug- als auch in einer Spannphase am Band anliegt.
- Bandschiebeeinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannrad (26) nur während der Spannphase mit dem Hüllglied in Eingriff ist.
- Umreifungsvorrichtung zur Umreifung eines Packgutes mit einem Band, insbesondere mit einem Kunststoffband, gekennzeichnet durch eine Bandschiebeeinrichtung (7) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14.
