Description
Claims (10)
- Montagevorrichtung zur Montage eines Brennstoffeinspritzventils in einer Aufnahmebohrung eines Zylinderkopfes einer Brennkraftmaschine mit einem das Brennstoffeinspritzventil zumindest teilweise umfassenden Mantelkörper, über welchen eine Preßkraft auf das Brennstoffeinspritzventil übertragbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantelkörper (3) in die Aufnahmebohrung (4) zusammen mit dem Brennstoffeinspritzventil (20) einführbar ist und
daß an einem ersten Ende (6) des Mantelkörpers (3) ein erster Kragenabschnitt (7), der mit einem den ersten Kragenabschnitt (7) aufnehmenden Aufnahmeabschnitt (25) des Brennstoffeinspritzventils (20) sowohl zum Übertragen einer dem Einpressen des Brennstoffeinspritzventils (20) in die Aufnahmebohrung (4) dienenden Preßkraft als auch einer Zugkraft in Gegenrichtung kraftschlüssig verbindbar ist,
und an einem dem ersten Ende (6) gegenüberliegenden zweiten Ende (10) des Mantelkörpers (3) ein zweiter Kragenabschnitt (11), der eine Angriffsfläche (12a, 12b) für ein Werkzeug sowohl zum Beaufschlagen mit der Preßkraft als auch mit der Zugkraft bietet,
angeformt sind. - Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantelkörper (3) über seine gesamte Länge eine seitliche Ausnehmung (8) zum Einführen des Brennstoffeinspritzventils (20) aufweist. - Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Kragenabschnitt (7) in eine Ringnut des Brennstoffeinspritzventils (20), die dessen Aufnahmeabschnitt (25) bildet, einführbar ist. - Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Kragenabschnitt (7) die Ringnut (25) gabelartig umfaßt. - Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantelkörper (3) wenigstens einen nach innen ragenden Vorsprung (30) aufweist, der das Brennstoffeinspritzventil (20) zusätzlich fixiert. - Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montagevorrichtung (1) einstückig aus einem Blech vorzugsweise durch Tiefziehen gefertigt ist. - Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blech zur Ausbildung des Mantelkörpers (3) teilzylinderförmig gebogen und zur Ausbildung der Kragenabschnitte (7, 11) an einem axialen Ende (6) rechtwinklig zur Längsachse (2) des Mantelkörpers (3) nach innen und an dem anderen axialen Ende (10) rechtwinklig zur Längsachse (2) des Mantelkörpers (3) nach außen gebogen ist. - Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Mantelkörper (3) ein oder mehrere Fixierungselemente (32) rastend anbringbar sind, um eine oder mehrere Versorgungsleitungen (33) des Brennstoffeinspritzventils (20) an dem Mantelkörper (3) zu fixieren. - Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montagevorrichtung (1) hydraulische und/oder elektrische Steckverbindungen aufweist, die beim Montieren des Brennstoffeinspritzventils (20) an der Montagevorrichtung (1) mit entsprechenden an dem Brennstoffeinspritzventil (20) vorgesehenen Gegenstücken rastend verbindbar sind. - Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montagevorrichtung (1) im Bereich des ersten Kragenabschnitts (7) Kontaktelemente (40) aufweist, die mit entsprechenden Gegenstücken (41) des Brennstoffeinspritzventils (20) zu dessen elektrischer Kontaktierung zusammenwirken, und
daß die Montagevorrichtung (1) im Bereich des zweiten Kragenabschnitts (11) einen Kontaktstecker (42) aufweist, der über in oder an dem Mantelkörper (3) verlaufende Leiterelemente (44) mit den Kontaktelementen (40) verbunden ist.
