Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Anschlagpufferanordnung zur elastischen Abstützung eines ersten Bauteils an einem zweiten Bauteil, insbesondere eines hauben- oder klappenartigen Karosserieteils an einem feststehenden Aufbaubereich eines Fahrzeugs, mit einer zur Selbstanpassung an einen Spalt zwischen beiden Bauteilen durch Axialverstellung eines Pufferkopfes ausgelegten Pufferanordnung an einem der beiden Bauteile, wobei nach erfolgter Selbstanpassung an den Spalt eine Vorspannung zwischen den beiden Bauteilen eingestellt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Vorspannungseinstellung ein Anschlagteil (6, 33) für den Pufferkopf (5) mit im Hinblick auf den gewünschten Vorspannungswert gewählter Dicke und/oder Elastizität zwischen Pufferkopf (5) und anderes Bauteil (8) eingefügt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Anschlagteil eine Scheibe (6) an dem anderen Bauteil (8) festgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine stopfen- oder pilzartig geformte Scheibe (6) mittels eines Blindniets (7) an dem anderen Bauteil (8) festgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlagteil (33) auf dem Pufferkopf (31) stirnseitig festgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlagteil (33) auf den Pufferkopf (31) aufgeclipst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pufferanordnung (4) vor der Selbstanpassung an den Spalt mittels einer bajonettverschlußartigen Halterung (16,17; 18, 19) lösbar an dem einen Bauteil (1) festgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Halterung in dem einen Bauteil (1) eine Einstecköffnung (3) für die Pufferanordnung (4) mit einem Lochbild hergestellt wird, das zumindest zwei Paare sich jeweils gegenüberliegender identischer radialer Fortsätze (16, 17) aufweist, wobei die Fortsätze (16, 17) verschiedener Paare unterschiedliche Umfangserstreckungen haben, und daß an der Pufferanordnung (4) radiale Rastfortsätze (18, 19) gleicher Konfiguration und Abmessungen hergestellt werden, von denen die Rastfortsätze (18) größerer Umfangserstreckung auf ihren nach Durchführung durch die Einstecköffnung (3) dieser zugekehrten Oberflächen in Umfangsrichtung zumindest einseitig schräge Profile (23) tragen, mit denen sie nach Schwenken der Pufferanordnung (4) in die Lochbild-Fortsätze (17) kleinerer Umfangserstreckung einfallen.
