Claims (16)
- Teilschnittmaschine zur Verwendung als Abbau- oder Vortriebsmaschine, mit einem einen rotierenden Schneidkopf, insbesondere einen Querschneidkopf, aufweisenden Schneidarm, der an einem Schwenkwerk des mit einem Raupenfahrwerk versehenen Fahrwerkrahmens höhen- und seitenverschwenkbar gelagert ist, mit einem am Fahrwerkrahmen frontseitig unter dem Schneidarm angeordneten Ladetisch und einem Mittelförderer, der sich vom Ladetisch zwischen den Fahrwerksraupen zur Maschinenrückseite erstreckt und hier einen höhen- und seitenverschwenkbaren Abwurfausleger bildet, wobei der Fahrwerkrahmen in Längsrichtung geteilt ist und aus in Seitenrichtung gegeneinander verschwenkbaren Rahmenteilen besteht, von denen das vordere das Raupenfahrwerk mit dem Schwenkarm und dem Schneidarm sowie den Ladetisch aufweist, während das rückwärtige Rahmenteil den Träger des mit ihm seitenverschwenkbaren Abwurfauslegers des Mittelförderers bildet und mit dem vorderen Rahmenteil über eine Schwenkverbindung seitenverschwenkbar und nachziebar verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwenkwerk mit dem Schneidarm (12) am vorderen Rahmenteil (1) mittels einer Vorschubzylindervorrichtung (20) in Richtung auf die Ortsbrust und in Gegenrichtung axialverschieblich geführt ist, und daß die Schwenkverbindung (3) zwischen den beiden Rahmenteilen (1, 2) des Fahrwerkrahmens im Abstand hinter dem Raupenfahrwerk (4) des vorderen Rahmenteils (1) angeordnet ist, das mit das Raupenfahrwerk (4) während der Schneidarbeit entlastenden, gegen die Sohle (10) ausstellbaren Pratzen (7, 11) versehen ist.
- Teilschnittmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vordere Rahmenteil (1) des Fahrwerkrahmens eine gegenüber seinem Raupenfahrwerk (4) nach hinten auskragende Tragkonsole (5) aufweist, an der in der Schwenkverbindung (3) eine das hintere Rahmenteil (2) bildende Schwenkkonsole freitragend angeschlossen ist, an der mindestens ein der Höhenverschwenkung des geneigten Abwurfauslegers (26) dienender hydraulischer Hubzylinder (29) gelenkig abgestützt ist, wobei die Tragkonsole (5) mit gegen die Sohle (10) ausstellbaren Pratzen (7) versehen ist.
- Teilschnittmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Seitenverschwenkung des Abwurfauslegers (26) dienende Schwenkverbindung (28) des Mittelförderers ebenfalls im Abstand hinter dem Raupenfahrwerk (4) des vorderen Rahmenteils (1) oberhalb der Schwenkverbindung (3) der beiden Rahmenteile (1, 2) des Fahrwerkrahmens angeordnet ist.
- Teilschnittmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hintere Rahmenteil (2) bzw. die es bildende Schwenkkonsole mit einer mittels eines oder mehrerer Hubzylinder gegen die Sohle (10) ausstellbaren Pratze und/oder einem zur Rückseite der Maschine gerichteten Räumschild (34) versehen ist.
- Teilschnittmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die hydraulischen Vorschubzylinder (20) der Vorschubzylindervorrichtung im Bereich des rückwärtigen Rahmenteils abgestützt sind.
- Teilschnittmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragkonsole (5) ein die Schwenkverbindung (3) der Rahmenteile (1, 2) übergreifendes konsolenartiges Anschlußstück (22) aufweist, an dem der oder die Vorschubzylinder (20) gelenkig angeschlossen ist bzw. sind.
- Teilschnittmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwenkwerk aus einem mittels Schwenkzylinder (18) um eine vertikale Schwenkachse drehbaren Drehstuhl (15) besteht, an dem der Schneidarm (12) hydraulisch höhenverschwenkbar gelagert ist und der auf einem Schlitten (17) angeordnet ist, der sich an einer Schlittenführung (19) des vorderen Rahmenteils (1) führt und an dem die Vorschubzylindervorrichtung (20) angreift.
- Teilschnittmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ladetisch (23) mittels hydraulischer Schwenkzylinder (24) höhenverschwenkbar am vorderen Rahmenteil (1) des Fahrwerkrahmens gelagert ist.
- Teilschnittmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hintere Rahmenteil (2) bzw. die es bildende Schwenkkonsole Träger eines oder mehrerer Maschinenaggregate, wie vor allem eines elektrischen Transformators (31) und/oder eines oder mehrerer Schaltschränke (32), ist.
- Teilschnittmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vordere Rahmenteil (1) mit einer oberhalb des Schwenkwerks liegenden Fahrerkabine (38) für den Maschinenfahrer versehen ist.
- Teilschnittmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vordere Rahmenteil (1) mit einem Ölkühler (45) für die Kühlung des der Versorgung der hydraulischen Verbraucher dienenden Druckmediums und mit einem Wasserkühler (46) zur Rückkühlung des der Kühlung des Schneidantriebs dienenden Kühlwassers versehen ist.
- Teilschnittmaschine, insbesondere nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einem die staubhaltige Luft aus dem Vortriebsbereich absaugenden Luftabsaugesystem versehen ist, das am vorderen Rahmenteil (1) zwei zu dessen beiden Seiten angeordnete Luttenleitungen (39) aufweist, deren Endabschnitte (40) oberhalb des Ladetischs (23) liegen und die an der Rückseite des vorderen Rahmenteils (1) über eine Leitungsverbindung (41) vor der Saugseite eines Ventilators (43) zusammengeschlossen sind, der auf seiner Druckseite über einen am rückwärtigen Rahmenteil (2) angeordneten Luttenspeicher (49) an eine in der Strecke verlegte Luttenleitung anschließbar ist.
- Teilschnittmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rahmenteile (1, 2) des Fahrwerkrahmens mit brückenartigen Aufbauten (30, 37) als Träger des Luftabsaugesystems und/oder des Transformators (31), Öl- und Wasserkühlers (45, 46) versehen sind.
- Teilschnittmaschine nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ölkühler (45) und/oder der Wasserkühler (46) als Luftkühler in eine Luttenleitung (39) des Luftabsaugesystems in wärmeaustauschender Verbindung zu der abgesaugten staubhaltigen Luft eingeschaltet ist bzw. sind.
- Teilschnittmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der aus einem in seinem Verlauf vertikal und horizontal ausschwenkbare Mittelförderer aus einem Kettenkratzförderer besteht, der zumindest auf seinem den Abwurfauslegers (26) bildenden Längenbereich in einem Mantelgehäuse (47) od.dgl. eingekapselt ist.
- Teilschnittmaschine nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Austragsende (27) des Mittelförderers eine die staubhaltige Luft aus dem Mantelgehäuse (47) absaugende Absaugleitung (39') angeordnet ist, die auf der Saugseite des Ventilators (43) an das Luftabsaugesystem angeschlossen ist.
