Claims (14)
- Entwässerungseinrichtung zur Wasserabfuhr von der Innenseite eines umlaufenden Filzbandes durch Fliehkraft in einem Bereich mit konvexer Krümmung der Filzinnenseite (1a, 52a, 201a), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im oder vor dem gekrümmten Bereich über die Breite verteilte Düsen (6) ein Verdrängermedium bzw. Verdrängerfluid gegen den Filz (1, 52, 201) blasen.
- Entwässerungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen (6) Bestandteil eines maschinenbreiten Blasrohres (5) sind.
- Entwässerungseinrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Filz an einer am Blasrohr vorgesehenen Gleitfläche gestützt wird.
- Entwässerungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen Bestandteil einer im wesentlichen maschinenbreiten Spülbläsereinrichtung (203) sind.
- Entwässerungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:5.1 die Spülbläsereinrichtung (203) umfaßt ein kastenförmiges Tragelement (214), welches mit einem verschleißfesten Belag (205) beschichtet oder gekoppelt ist;5.2 das kastenförmige Tragelement (214) weist eine Luftzufuhröffnung (215) auf;5.3 die Luftzufuhröffnung (215) ist mit sich an die vom kastenförmigen Tragelement wegweisende Oberfläche (222) des verschleißfesten Belages (205) erstreckenden Düsen gekoppelt.
- Entwässerungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen aus in der Grundfläche des kastenförmigen Tragelementes (214) eingearbeiteten Durchgangsöffnungen und im verschleißfesten Belag eingearbeiteten Blasschlitzen (219) geringerer Breite als die Durchgangsöffnungen (218) gebildet werden.
- Entwässerungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spülbläsereinrichtung (203) Abluftschlitze aufweist, welche die Oberfläche (222) des elastischen Belages (205) mit der Atmosphäre verbinden.
- Entwässerungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche (222) des elastischen Belages (205) der Spülbläsereinrichtung (203) in Filzlaufrichtung gekrümmt ausgeführt ist.
- Entwässerungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen einen Abstand a von 2 bis 12 mm zueinander haben.
- Entwässerungseinrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mündungen der Düsen 3 bis 15 mm von der Filzoberfläche entfernt sind.
- Entwässerungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im oder unmittelbar hinter dem Bereich mit konvexer Krümmung der Filzinnenseite zusätzliche Mittel zur Wasserabfuhr von der Innenseite des umlaufenden Filzbandes vorgesehen sind.
- Entwässerungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel wenigstens eine Abstreichleiste umfassen, welche mit der Oberfläche der Filzinnenseite (1a, 52a, 201a) in Wirkverbindung steht.
- Entwässerungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel eine Einrichtung zur Erzeugung von Unterdruck an der Filzinnenseite (1a, 52a, 201a) umfassen.
- Pressenpartie einer Papiermaschine, mitmindestens zwei Preßwalzen 100, 102), die eine Preßzone (104) ausbilden, wobei mindestens eine Preßwalze im Inneren eines endlosen Filzbandes (106, 108) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas endlose Filzband (106, 108) eine Entwässerungseinrichtung (110, 112) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 aufweist.
