Abstract

Es wird eine Rollenschneidvorrichtung (1) für eine Materialbahn (3) angegeben, mit einem Bahnzuführabschnitt (2), einer Schneidestation (4) zum Schneiden der Materialbahn (3) in Teilbahnen (18, 19) und einer Wickelstation (7, 8) zum Aufwickeln der Teilbahnen zu Teilbahnrollen (5, 6), wobei für jede Teilbahnrolle eine Wickeleinheit vorgesehen ist und mindestens zwei Wickeleinheiten in einer gemeinsamen Wickelpositionsgruppe angeordnet sind.
Hierbei möchte man den Aufbau von mehreren Teilbahnrollen mit möglichst geringem Aufwand steuern können.
Hierzu ist in der Wickelpositionsgruppe eine für alle Teilbahnrollen gemeinsame Andruckwalze (20, 21) angeordnet, und jede Wickeleinheit weist einen Positionierantrieb (24) auf, der die Teilbahnrolle (5, 6) in Anlage an der Andruckwalze (20, 21) hält.
