Claims (11)
- Rollenschneidvorrichtung für eine Materialbahn mit einer Schneidstation zum Schneiden der Materialbahn in Teilbahnen und einer Wickelstation zum Aufwickeln der Teilbahnen zu Teilbahnrollen, wobei für jede Teilbahnrolle eine Wickeleinheit vorgesehen ist und mindestens zwei Wickeleinheiten in einer gemeinsamen Wickelpositionsgruppe angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Wickelpositionsgruppe (7, 8) eine für alle Teilbahnrollen (5, 5', 5'', 6) gemeinsame Andruckwalze (20, 21) angeordnet ist und daß jede Wickeleinheit (39, 39', 39'') einen Positionierantrieb (24) aufweist, der die Teilbahnrolle (5, 5', 5'', 6) in Anlage an der Andruckwalze (20, 21) hält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Positionierantrieb (24) einen Sensor (37, 38) aufweist, der den Durchmesser der Teilbahnrolle (5, 5', 5'', 6) ermittelt und die Teilbahnrolle (5, 5', 5'', 6) in Abhängigkeit vom Durchmesser so positioniert, daß der Umfang aller Teilbahnrollen (5, 5', 5'', 6) in der Kontaktzone mit der Andruckwalze (20, 21) auf einer Geraden liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet die Andruckwalze (20, 21) in einem Schlitten (32, 33) angeordnet ist, der senkrecht zur Achse der Teilbahnrollen (5, 5', 5'', 6) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (32, 33) linear in Radialrichtung der Teilbahnrollen (5, 5', 5'', 6) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (32, 33) einen Antrieb aufweist, der in Abhängigkeit vom Durchmesser der Teilbahnrollen (5, 5', 5'', 6) gesteuert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Wickeleinheit (39, 39', 39'') beim Wickeln im wesentlichen ortsfest verbleibt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Wickeleinheit (39, 39', 39'') ein Paar von Schwenkarmen (22, 23) aufweist, die Lagerdorne (28, 29) für Rollenkerne (27) aufweisen, wobei die Schwenkarme (22, 23) aus einer Wickelstellung in eine Ablagestellung verschwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkarme (22, 23) in der Wickelstellung im wesentlichen senkrecht stehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkarme (22, 23) einzeln parallel zur Axialrichtung der Teilbahnrollen (5, 6) verfahrbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Lagerdorn (28, 29) jedes Paares von Schwenkarmen (22, 23) als Spanndorn ausgebildet und angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialbahnzufuhr in die Wickelpositionsgruppe (7, 8) von oben erfolgt.
