Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines fortlaufenden Strangs mit einer Außenumhüllung (12), insbesondere eines Zigarettenstrangs (10) aus einem Tabakstrang (11) und der Außenumhüllung (12) aus Zigarettenpapier, wobei die als Materialstreifen fortlaufend zugeführte Außenumhüllung (12) mit dem einzuhüllenden Material, insbesondere Tabak, auf einem Förderer aufliegend, insbesondere auf einem Formband (15), durch (feststehende) an einer freien Seite des Formbands (15) anliegende Hüllorgane während des Transports zu einem Strang geformt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich des Formbett (19) durch größere bzw. zusätzliche Oberflächen und/oder durch Verwendung von Material guter Wärmeleitfähigkeit Wärme abgeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines fortlaufenden Strangs mit einer Außenumhüllung (12), insbesondere zum Herstellen eines Zigarettenstrangs (10) mit einem Tabakstrang (11) und einer Außenumhüllung (12) aus Zigarettenpapier, wobei die als Materialstreifen fortlaufend zugeführte Außenumhüllung (12) mit dem einzuhüllenden Material auf einem Förderer, insbesondere einem Formband (15) aufliegend an (ortsfesten) Formbetten (19) vorbeibewegbar ist, die während des Transports Außenumhüllung (12) und (Tabak-)Strang (11) zur Bildung eines (Zigaretten-) Strangs (10) verformen, wobei das Formband (15) gleitend am Formbett (19) anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formband (15) an einer zwischen dem Formband (15) und dem Formbett (19) angeordneten, wärmeableitenden Zwischenlage anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenlage ein wärmeabführendes Ausgleichsband (21) ist, welches in derselben Richtung wie das Formband (15) angetrieben und zwischen diesem und dem Formbett (19) verläuft unter Anlage an diesem.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ausgleichsband (21) mit gegenüber dem Formband (15) reduzierter Geschwindigkeit angetrieben ist, insbesondere etwa mit der halben Geschwindigkeit des Formbandes (15), derart, daß zwischen dem Formband (15) einerseits und dem Ausgleichsband (21) andererseits sowie zwischen dem Ausgleichsband (21) einerseits und dem Formbett (19) andererseits Reibung entsteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ausgleichsband (21) aus einem Material von hoher Wärmeleitfähigkeit und geringem Reibungsbeiwert besteht, insbesondere aus Federstahl.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Formband (15) und Ausgleichsband (21) durch Unterdruck an das Formbett bzw. an Formflächen (26) desselben andrückbar sind, vorzugsweise über (Saug-)Bohrungen (29, 30) im Formbett (19) und/oder im Ausgleichsband (21).
