Claims (11)
- Druckknopfverschluß mit einem Patrizenteil (10), dessen patrizenförmige Kuppelflächen einen verdickten Schließkopf (12) an einem Schließhals (13) aufweisen,mit einem zweiteiligen Matrizenteil (20), bestehend aus einem ein Einsteckloch (23) für die patrizenförmigen Kuppelflächen aufweisenden Gehäuse (22)und mit zwei zueinander formgleichen plattenförmigen Schiebern (30, 30'), die zueinander gegensinnig federbelastet (45, 45') sind und mit ihren zur Betätigung dienenden äußeren Schieberenden (35, 35') auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Gehäuses (22) herausragen und zueinander gegensinnig, quer zum Einsteckloch (23) gegen die Federbelastung eindrückbar (49, 49') sind,die beiden Schieber (30, 30') in ihrem gegenseitigen Fugenbereich einerseits komplementäre Schließteile (33, 33') für ein gemeinsames Verriegelungsprofil (43) aufweisen, welches im Kupplungsfall den eingesteckten Schließkopf (13) des Patrizenteils (10) hintergreift,und andererseits frei geschnitten sind und ein gemeinsames Freigabeprofil (42) zum Entkuppeln des Schließkopfes (12) besitzen,daß die aus elastischem Material bestehenden beiden Schieber (30, 30') an ihren Innenenden (36, 36') jeweils mit einem einstückigen, längselastischen Federabschnitt (31, 31') versehen sind,und daß die freien Enden dieser Federabschnitte (31, 31') sich wechselseitig an den beiden Schiebern (30, 30') abstützen.
- Druckknopfverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (22) einstückig ausgebildet ist und einen gemeinsamen Querkanal (25) für die beiden Schieber (30, 30') aufweist, in welchem auch ihre beiden Federabschnitte (31, 31') angeordnet sind.
- Druckknopfverschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dem profilierten Fugenbereich (48) gegenüberliegende Plattenrand (38) im wesentlichen geradlinig ausgebildet ist und an der zugehörigen Kanalwand im Gehäuse (22) längsgeführt ist.
- Druckknopfverschluß nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Betätigungsenden (34, 34') der beiden Schieber (30, 30') jeweils hinterschnitten (44, 44') sind, daß die den Hinterschnitten (44, 44') folgenden Axialräume zur wechselseitigen Aufnahme der Federabschnitte (31, 31') dienen und daß die Hinterschnitte (44, 44') die Stützflächen für die freien Federenden bilden.
- Druckknopfverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federabschnitte (31, 31') der beiden Schieber (30, 30') aus einem schmalen, verkröpften Plattenfortsatz (41) bestehen, dessen Federelastizität durch axiale Verformung dieser Verkröpfung gebildet ist.
- Druckknopfverschluß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verkröpfung in der Plattenebene des plattenförmigen Schiebers (30; 30') verläuft und S-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Druckknopfverschluß nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Gehäuse (22) eine Handhabe (50) angeordnet ist, die bei Betätigung gleichzeitig auf beide Betätigungsabschnitte (34, 34') der Schieber (30, 30') einwirkt und diese gegen ihre jeweiligen Federbelastungen (45, 45') aufeinander zu (49, 49') bewegt, bis die Teilbereiche (33, 33') des von ihnen gemeinsam erzeugten Verriegelungsprofils (43) mit dem Schließkopf (12) des Patrizenteils (10) axial ausgerichtet sind.
- Druckknopfverschluß nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handhabe (50) am Umfang (24) des Gehäuses (22) gelagert ist und Steuerflächen (59) aufweist, während die beiden Betätigungsabschnitte (34, 34') der Schieber (30, 30') an ihren aus dem Querkanal (25) herausragenden Enden damit zusammenwirkende Gegenflächen (53, 53') besitzen.
- Druckknopfverschluß nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handhabe aus einer am Gehäuse (22) in Richtung der Einsteckachse (28) des Patrizenteils (18) axial hubbeweglichen Kappe (50) besteht, welche das Gehäuse (22) wenigstens im Bereich der beiden Betätigungsabschnitte (34, 34') der Schieber (30, 30') radial umgreift, und die Steuer- sowie Gegenflächen (54, 53) geneigt zur Achse (28) verlaufen.
- Druckknopfverschluß nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsabschnitte (34, 34') mit gehäuseseitigen Schultern zusammenwirkende Anschläge (39, 39') aufweisen, welche die maximale Einschublage der beiden Schieber (30, 30') im Gehäuse (22) begrenzen,daß in der Einschublage die Teilbereiche (33, 33') des gemeinsamen Verriegelungsprofils (43) der beiden Schieber (30, 30') mit dem Schließkopf (12) des Patrizenteils (10) axial ausgerichtet sind,und die Kappe (50) mittelbar, nämlich über ihre Steuerflächen (54) und schieberseitigen Gegenflächen (53, 53') von der Federbelastung (45, 45') der beiden Federabschnitte (31, 31') in eine gegen das Gehäuse (22) gedrückte axiale Absenkposition hin kraftbelastet (56) ist.
- Druckknopfverschluß nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Anschläge jeweils von einer an den beiden Betätigungsabschnitten sitzenden endseitigen Erhebung (39, 39') gebildet sind
und eine die maximale Einschublage der beiden Schieber (30, 30') bewirkende axiale Hochziehposition der federbelasteten Kappe (50) über die Steuerflächen (54) und Gegenflächen (53, 53') durch eine Anlage der Erhebung (39, 39') am Umfang (24) des Gehäuses (22) begrenzt ist.
