Claims (16)

  1. Système de marquage pour l'identification de câbles électriques ou similaires, comportant une gaine porte-repère (1), qui est formée par deux contours partiels (2, 4), parmi lesquels:
    - le premier contour partiel (4) est ajusté par ses dimensions au câble et reçoit celui-ci de manière serrée, et
    - le deuxième contour partiel (2) reçoit une étiquette repère (7) enfichée dans celui-ci, le deuxième contour partiel (2) comportant un conduit de réception (6), adapté aux dimensions de l'étiquette repère (7) et réalisé avec une section sensiblement régulière, l'étiquette repère (7) comportant des moyens de retenue pour sa fixation dans le conduit de réception (6), et
    - l'étiquette repère (7), pour former le moyen de retenue, est munie, dans une zone partielle de sa dimension longitudinale, d'un agrandissement (8) de sa section avec un surdimensionnement défini par rapport aux dimensions du conduit de réception (6),
    caractérisé en ce que
    - la gaine porte-repère (1), au moins dans la zone du conduit de réception (6), est réalisée dans un matériau élastique apte à être déformé facilement et est élargie localement par l'agrandissement (8) de l'étiquette repère (7) enfichée, de telle sorte que l'étiquette repère (7) est maintenue dans le conduit de réception (6) en raison de cet élargissement,
    - le deuxième contour partiel (2) comporte des pattes d'appui ou de guidage (3), par lesquelles l'étiquette repère (7) est précentrée sur un aileron de guidage (9) agencé au milieu et orienté dans le sens longitudinal.
  2. Système de marquage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la gaine porte-repère (1) est réalisée au moins dans la zone du conduit de réception (6) dans un matériau élastique apte à être déformé facilement, de préférence l'EPDM.
  3. Système de marquage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'agrandissement de section (8) est réalisé de manière variable le long de la zone partielle de l'étiquette repère (7).
  4. Système de marquage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'agrandissement de section (8) augmente en continu dans un premier tronçon depuis la section à dimension inchangée jusqu'à une valeur maximale (12), pour diminuer à nouveau en continu le long d'un autre tronçon adjacent jusqu'à la section à dimension inchangée.

Système de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans le conduit de réception (6) recevant l'étiquette repère (7), est prévue une forme intérieure, qui est adaptée à l'agrandissement de section (8) de l'étiquette repère (7) et qui, dans la position enfichée de l'étiquette repère (7) conformément à sa destination, reçoit l'agrandissement de section (8).
  9. Système de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les contours partiels (2, 4) de la gaine porte-repère (1) sont fermés sur eux-mêmes.
  10. Système de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le conduit de réception (6), plus précisément le deuxième contour partiel (2) de la gaine porte-repère (1), est transparent au moins dans la direction de lecture du système de marquage.
  11. Système de marquage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la gaine porte-repère (1) est réalisée dans deux composants de matériau, l'un des composants formant une zone transparente (16) permettant de voir l'étiquette repère (7) et l'autre composant contenant des constituants colorés de protection contre le feu.
  12. Système de marquage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la gaine porte-repère (1) est réalisée jusqu'à 20 pourcents dans la composante transparente.
  13. Système de marquage selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que le composant coloré avec le constituant de protection contre le feu est exempt d'halogène.
  14. Système de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la coloration de la composante avec le constituant de protection contre le feu est ajustée à la couleur du câble à identifier.
  15. Système de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la gaine porte-repère (1) est réalisée par une extrusion conjointe des deux composants.
