Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Verpacken von Gefriergut, zu entsorgendem Gut wie beispielsweise Hausmüll u. dgl., bei dem das zu verpakkende Gut (10) in einem aus Folie (12) hergestellten Folienbehältnis (2) durch Verschweißen und Vakuumieren verpackt wird, wobei zum Verpacken des in das Folienbehältnis (2) eingefüllten Gutes (10) das Folienbehältnis (2) durch einen ersten Schweißvorgang unter Bildung einer ersten Schweißnaht verschlossen wird, Löcher in das abgeschlossene Folienbehältnis eingebracht, insbesondere gestoßen oder gebrannt werden und durch diese Löcher dem Folienbehältnis (2) durch insbesondere eine Vakuumpumpe (11) oder ein Sauggebläse die Luft entzogen wird, und dann das Vakuum durch einen zweiten Schweißvorgang unter Bildung einer zweiten Schweißnaht, die zwischen der ersten Schweißnaht und dem Gut (10) liegt, abgeschlossen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie in Schlauchform (12) in geraffter Form auf einem trichterförmigen Körper (11) bereitgestellt wird, der an seiner Oberseite einen Außendurchmesser hat, der kleiner als der Durchmesser der Schlauchfolie ist, so daß die Schlauchfolie (12) von oben auf den Körper (11) geschoben werden kann, und der an seinem unteren Ende einen Außendurchmesser hat, der größer ist als der Durchmesser der Schlauchfolie (12), so daß die Schlauchfolie (12) nicht nach unten vom Körper (11) rutschen kann, aber von einer Bedienungsperson nach unten gegen den Widerstand des Körpers (11) abgezogen werden kann. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Verschweißen eines Folienbehältnisses (2) der Körper (11) an seinem unteren Ende so weit zusammengedrückt wird, daß das Folienmaterial des Folienbehältnisses (2) flächig aufeinanderliegt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schweißvorgänge durch Heizdrähte (9) ausgeführt werden. - Vakuumverpackungsgerät zum Verpacken von Gefriergut, zu entsorgendem Gut wie Haushaltsmüll o. dgl. in Folienbehältnissen (2), die aus Folie (12) hergestellt werden, mit einer Schweißeinrichtung zum Verschließen der Folienbehältnisse (2) und einer Vakuumiervorrichtung (5), um in den Folienbehältnissen (2) ein Vakuum zu ziehen, wobei zu der Schweißeinrichtung zwei nebeneinanderliegend angeordnete Schweißeinheiten (3, 4) gehören, durch die in einem Folienbehältnis (2) im wesentlichen parallel zueinander liegende Schweißnähte herstellbar sind, und die Vakuumiervorrichtung (5) eine Einrichtung (8) aufweist, um zwischen den beiden Schweißeinheiten (3, 4) wenigstens eine Öffnung in das Folienbehältnis (2) einzubringen und über diese Öffnung in dem Folienbehältnis (2) Vakuum zu ziehen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein trichterförmiger Körper (11) vorgesehen ist, auf dem die Folie 12) in Schlauchform in geraffter Form bereitgestellt wird, der an seiner Oberseite einen Außendurchmesser hat, der kleiner als der Durchmesser der Schlauchfolie ist, so daß die Schlauchfolie (12) von oben auf den Körper (11) geschoben werden kann, und der an seinem unteren Ende einen Außendurchmesser hat, der größer ist als der Durchmesser der Schlauchfolie (12), so daß die Schlauchfolie (12) nicht nach unten vom Körper (11) rutschen kann, aber von einer Bedienungsperson nach unten gegen den Widerstand des Körpers (11) abgezogen werden kann. - Vakuumverpackungsgerät nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (8) als spitzer Kragen ausgebildet ist, der in das Folienbehältnis (2) einbringbar ist. - Vakuumverpackungsgerät nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kragen beheizbar ist, um Löcher in das Folienbehältnis zu brennen. - Vakuumverpackungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vakuumiervorrichtung (5) einen sich über die gesamte Breite des Folienbehältnisses (2) erstreckenden schließbaren Kanal (6) aufweist, über dessen Länge wenigstens eine Absaugöffnung (7) vorgesehen ist, wobei an der Absaugöffnung die Einrichtung (8) zum Einbringen von Öffnungen in das Folienbehältnis (2) vorgesehen ist. - Vakuumverpackungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schweißeinheiten (3, 4) vertikal übereinanderliegend angeordnet sind. - Vakuumverpackungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schweißeinheiten (3, 4) jeweils eine feststehende Schweißbacke (3a, 4a) und eine vorzugsweise im wesentlichen horizontal gegen die feststehende Schweißbacke (3a, 4a) preßbare bewegliche Schweißbacke (3b, 4b) aufweist. - Vakuumverpackungsgerät nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer der Schweißbacken (3a, 3b, 4a, 4b) der Schweißeinheiten (3, 4) jeweils ein Heizdraht (9) vorgesehen ist.
