Claims (21)
- Bandmesserspaltmaschine, insbesondere zum Spalten von Blößen, mit einer der Messerschneide (2) vorgeschalteten Zuführeinrichtung, die einen Zuführspalt (6) aufweist, der einseitig durch eine in einer Kopfbrücke (28) gelagerte angetriebene Zuführwalze (7) begrenzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Zuführspalt (6) ein Transportspalt (9) vorgeschaltet ist, der einseitig durch eine angetriebene, in der Kopfbrücke (28) gelagerte Transportwalze (10) begrenzt ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Weite von Zuführspalt (6) und Transportspalt (9) je für sich einstellbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Transportwalze (10) größer ist als der Durchmesser der Zuführwalze (7).
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Transportwalze (10) mindestens 50 mm beträgt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten von Zuführwalze (7) und Transportwalze (10) unterschiedlich einstellbar sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Transportwalze (10) größer ist als diejenige der Zuführwalze (7) und daß die Zuführwalze (7) als Breitstreckwalze ausgelegt ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß elastische Widerlager (8, 11), die in Transportrichtung unbeweglich sind, den Zuführspalt (6) auf der der Zuführwalze (7) gegenüberliegenden Seite und den Transportspalt (9) auf der der Transportwalze (10) gegenüberliegenden Seite begrenzen.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl die Zuführwalze (7) den Zuführspalt (6) als auch die Transportwalze (10) den Transportspalt (9) an der Oberseite begrenzt und daß die Unterseite der beiden Spalte (6, 11) durch elastische Widerlager (8, 11) gebildet wird.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Widerlager (8, 11) durch elastische textilarmierte Schläuche (12) mit einstellbarem Innendruck gebildet sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Widerlager (8, 11) durch elastische Leisten (12) gebildet sind, die sich auf einer druckbelasteten Unterlage (30) abstützen.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Spalte (6, 9) von einem Gurt (19) durchsetzt sind, der kurz vor der Messerschneide (2) endet.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gurt (19) eine reibungsarme Oberfläche besitzt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gurt (19) mit einem Einführtisch (20) am Eingang der Maschine (1) verbunden und zusammen mit diesem in Transportrichtung hin und her bewegbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den beiden Widerlagern (8, 11) eine Stempelleiste (25) angeordnet ist, mit der der Gurt (19) nach oben drückbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Eingang der Maschine (1) eine Düsenanordnung (24) vorgesehen ist, die ein Gleitmittel zwischen Gurt (19) und Spaltgut leitet.
- Maschine nach.einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich zwischen Transportspalt (9) und Zuführspalt (6) ein Verbindungsspalt (22) erstreckt, der unten durch den Gurt (19) und oben durch eine Führungswand (21) begrenzt ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine die beiden Walzen (7, 10) tragende Kopfbrücke (28) höhenverstellbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Widerlager (8, 11) von einem Biegebalken (30) getragen sind, der gegenüber einem Unterbett (31) in seiner Durchbiegung verstellbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein die elastischen Widerlager (8, 11) aufweisendes Unterbett (31) relativ zur Unterkonstruktion (34) der Maschine (1) um eine Achse (33) nahe des Zuführspalts (6) schwenkbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterkonstruktion (34) relativ zum Maschinengestell (36) um eine Achse (37) schwenkbar ist, die mit Abstand vom Zuführspalt (6) jenseits der Messerschneide (2) unterhalb der Spaltebene verläuft.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterkonstruktion (34) durch ein Stellglied (38) verschwenkbar ist, das bei Überschreiten einer vorwählbaren Kraft in Richtung einer Vergrößerung der Spalte (6, 9) nachgibt.
