Claims (6)
- Verpackungsmaschine für die Fertigung von Packungen des Typs Klappschachtel (10), mit einem drehenden Faltrevolver (20), an dessen Umfang eine Mehrzahl von - annähernd - radialgerichteten, im Querschnitt U-förmigen und zur Bildung einer Füllöffnung (24) an der radial außenliegenden Seite offenen Taschen (21) zur Aufnahme von Zuschnitten (11) bzw. teilweise fertiggestellten Packungen (10), wobei die U-förmig gefalteten Zuschnitte (11) mit Seitenlappen (14) und Deckel-Seitenlappen (16) an Taschen-Seitenwänden (28, 29) anliegen und die Seitenlappen (14) einerseits und Deckel-Seitenlappen (16) andererseits durch schräggerichtete Schließkanten (18) bzw. Deckel-Schließkanten (19) voneinander abgegrenzt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Innenseite der Taschen-Seitenwände (28, 29) in einem radial außenliegenden Bereich - benachbart zur Füllöffnung (24) - ein nach innen vorspringender Anschlag bzw. Vorsprung (32) angeordnet ist, an dem die Schließkante (18) des Seitenlappens (14) anliegt.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag bzw. Vorsprung (32) an der Innenseite der Taschen-Seitenwand (28, 29) eine entsprechend der Schließkante (18) schräggerichtete Anlagefläche bzw. Stützfläche (34) für die Schließkante (18) aufweist und daß die Stützfläche (34) (zusätzlich) in Richtung auf die radial außenliegende, offene Seite der Tasche (21) nach innen abgeschrägt ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (32) Teil der Taschen-Seitenwand (28, 29) ist und durch einen Spalt (33) vom übrigen Teil der Taschen-Seitenwand (28, 29) abgegrenzt ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der am Vorsprung (32) anliegende innere Deckel-Seitenlappen (16) des Zuschnitts (11) gegenüber dem anschließenden inneren Seitenlappen (14) nach innen spitzwinklig versetzt ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Taschen-Seitenwände (28, 29) nach oben bzw. zur offenen Seite divergierend geneigt sind unter Bildung entsprechender Innenflächen (35) und daß entsprechende Innenflächen (36) des Vorsprungs (32) eine geringere Neigung aufweisen als die Innenflächen (35) des übrigen Teils der Taschen-Seitenwände (28, 29).
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag bzw. Vorsprung (32) im oberen, von der offenen Seite - Füllöffnung (24) - abliegenden Bereich eine Ausnehmung (39) aufweist, insbesondere im Anschluß an den Spalt (33).
