Claims (3)
- Elektrisches Kontaktelement zur Befestigung und Kontaktierung in metallisierten Bohrungen, beispielsweise einer Leiterplatte, mit einem Einpressbereich zum Einpressen in die Bohrung, der aus mindestens zwei Lagen (5,6) eines Metallbleches gebildet wird, die jeweils im mittleren Bereich zwischen zwei Kontaktschenkeln (9 bis 12) mit seitlichen äusseren Rändern ein nadelöhrartiges Langloch (7,8) aufweisen und die symmetrisch zur Ebene zwischen den Lagen (5,6) aufeinander angeordnet sind, und mit einem Anschlussbereich, der sich über einen Übergangsbereich an den Einpressbereich anschliesst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagen (5,6) des Einpressbereiches (2) im Bereich des Langloches (7,8) gewölbt ausgebildet und so zueinander angeordnet sind, dass sie sich im mittleren Bereich berühren und die seitlichen äusseren Ränder (109 bis 112) der Kontaktschenkel (9 bis 12) voneinander weg gewölbt sind.
- Elektrisches Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äusseren, von der Ebene zwischen den Lagen wegweisenden Kanten der Kontaktschenkel (9 bis 12) abgerundet sind.
- Elektrisches Kontaktelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktelement durch Stanzen und Biegen aus einem Metallblech hergestellt wird.
