Abstract

Es wird ein elektrisches Kontaktelement angegeben, dass zur Befestigung und Kontaktierung mit metallisierten Bohrungen, beispielsweise einer Leiterplatte geeignet ist. Das Kontaktelement (1) weist einen Einpressbreich (2) und einen Anschlussbereich (4), der sich über einen Übergangsbereich (3) an den Einpressbereich (2) anschliesst, auf. Der Einpressbereich (2) besteht aus zwei Lagen (5,6) eines Metallbleches. Die Lagen (5,6) sind symmetrisch zu einer Ebene zwischen den Lagen aufeinander angeordnet. Jede der Lagen (5,6) weist ein zwischen zwei Kontaktschenkeln (9,10) ausgebildetes Langloch (7) auf. Die Lagen (5,6) sind zumindest im Bereich des Langloches mit den äusseren Rändern (109 bis 112) der Kontaktschenkel (9 bis 12) voneinander weg gewölbt.
