Claims (8)
- Stab- und Drahtwalzwerk mit einer zugeordneten Kühlbettlinie (6) für Stäbe, einer Drehkorbhaspellinie (7) für zu Coils gewickelte Stäbe und einer Drahtlinie (8) mit einem Schlingenleger (9) und Windungssammler (11) für Draht mit nachgeordneten Warmhalteöfen für thermische Nachbehandlungen des das Walzwerk verlassenden Einsatzmaterials,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlbettlinie (6), die Drehkorbhaspellinie (7) und die Drahtlinie (8) über Transporteinrichtungen (25) mit einem gemeinsamen Warmhalteofen (32) verbunden sind. - Stab- und Drahtwalzwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinrichtung (25) Stabsammelkästen (27), Drehkorbhaspelcoil-Paletten (28) und Drahtcoil-Dornpaletten (30) aufweist und daß in der Kühlbettlinie (6), der Drehkorbhaspellinie (7) und der Drahtlinie (8) Übergabestationen (18, 24, 29) vorgesehen sind, mittels derer Walzgut in die Stabsammelkästen (27), auf die Drehkorbhaspelcoil-Paletten (28) und die Drahtcoil-Dornpaletten (30) überführbar und über diese zum Warmhalteofen (32) verfahrbar ist. - Stab- und Drahtwalzwerk nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übergabestationen (18, 24, 29) in Transportrichtung des Walzgutes vor den Kühlbetten (10, 12) bzw. der Längstransportvorrichtung (19) der Linien (6, 7, 8) angeordnet sind. - Stab- und Drahtwalzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transporteinrichtung (25) Isoliertunnel-Speicher (33) zugeordnet sind. - Stab- und Drahtwalzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinrichtung (25) umlaufende Rollgänge (31) aufweist, in die der Warmhalteofen (32) eingeschlossen ist. - Stab- und Drahtwalzwerk nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei den Rollgängen (31) um wärmeisolierte Rollgänge (31) handelt. - Stab- und Drahtwalzwerk nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei den Rollgängen (31) um Speicher-Rollgänge (31) handelt, auf welche die Stabsammelkästen (27), Drehkorbhaspelcoil-Paletten (28) und die Drahtcoil-Dornpaletten (30) zum Transport zur Verfügung stehen. - Stab- und Drahtwalzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stabsammelkästen (27), die Drehkorbhaspelcoil-Paletten (28) und die Drahtcoil-Dornpaletten (30) den Warmhalteofen (32) zum Aufheizen zu passieren vermögen und nach Übergabe des Walzgutes dem Warmhalteofen (32) erneut zuführbar sind.
