Claims (8)
- Rod and wire rolling mill with an associated cooling bed line (6) for rods, a rotary basket coiler line (7) rods wound into coils and a wire line (8) with a loop laying device (9) and coil collector (11) for wire with a downstream heat-maintaining oven for subsequent thermal treatments of the useful material leaving the rolling mill, characterised in that the cooling bed line (6), the rotary basket coiler line (7) and the wire line (8) are connected with a common heat-maintaining oven (32) by way of transport devices (25).
- Rod and wire rolling mill according to claim 1, characterised in that the transport device (25) comprises rod collecting boxes (27), rotary basket coiler coil palettes (28) and wire coil mandrel palettes (30) and that provided in the cooling bed line (6), the rotary basket coiler line (7) and the wire line (8) are transfer stations (18, 24, 29) by means of which rolled stock in rod collecting boxes (27) can be transferred onto the rotary basket coiler coil palettes (28) and the wire coil mandrel palettes (30) and is movable by way of these to the heat-maintaining oven (32).
- Rod and wire rolling mill according to claim 2, characterised in that the transfer stations (18, 24, 29) are arranged in front of the cooling beds (10, 12) or the longitudinal transport device (19) of the lines (6, 7, 8) with respect to the transport direction.
- Rod and wire rolling mill according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that insulated tunnel storage devices (33) are associated with the transport device (25).
- Rod and wire rolling mill according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the transport device (25) comprises circulating roller paths (31) in which the heat-maintaining oven (32) is included.
- Rod and wire rolling mill according to claim 5, characterised in that the roller paths (31) are heat-insulated roller paths (31).
- Rod and wire rolling mill according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the roller paths (31) are storage roller paths (31) on which the rod collecting boxes (27), rotary basket coiler coil palettes (28) and the wire coil mandrel palettes (30) are available for transporting.
- Rod and wire rolling mill according to one of claims 2 to 7, characterised in that the rod collecting boxes (27), rotary basket coiler coil palettes (28) and the wire coil mandrel palettes (30) are capable of adapting to the heat-maintaining oven (32) for the heating and are able to be fed again after transfer of the rolled stock to the heat-maintaining oven (32).
