Claims (4)

  1. Installation for the automatic feeding of reels (24) to a reel changer (2) and removing unwound reels (44) and/or reel cores (53) from a reel changer (2) by means of rail-guided transport carriages (16), in each case one track (46; 47) for feeding and removing the reels (24; 44; 53) being provided, characterized in that the two tracks (46; 47) are arranged to lead in and out of the reel changer (2) on one side (48).
  2. Installation according to Claim 1,
    characterized in that the two tracks (46; 47) are at a distance (a1) from each other, and in that this distance (a1) is dimensioned such that a reel (24) of maximum diameter (d24) to be fed in, and an unwound reel (44) with reduced diameter (d44) to be removed pass without contact.
  3. Installation according to Claim 1,
    characterized in that at least one track (46) is arranged to project beyond a second side frame (57) located opposite the first (56), and in that this lengthened track (46, 51) is designed, in the direction of the second side frame (57), as a "dead-end track" (51) which can be accessed only from the reel changer.
  4. Installation according to Claim 3,
    characterized in that each reel changer (2) is assigned two "dead-end tracks" (51; 52) running in parallel.
