Claims (13)
- Sicherheitspapier mit einem eingebetteten Sicherheitsband, welches derart im Papier eingebettet ist, daß es zumindest teilweise frei zugänglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas Sicherheitsband (7, 19) eine Breite größer 2 mm aufweist,das Sicherheitspapier mehrlagig ausgeführt ist, d.h. mindestens zwei Papierschichten aufweist, die auf getrennten Papieranlagen hergestellt sind,das Sicherheitsband (7, 19) in der ersten Papierschicht (6) eingebettet und in dieser durch Öffnungen in der Papieroberfläche zumindest teilweise beidseitig zugänglich ist, und daßdie erste Papierschicht (6) mit mindestens einer zweiten Papierschicht (9) abgedeckt und mit dieser fest verbunden ist, wobei die zweite Papierschicht (9) eine Dicke von 10 bis 50 %, vorzugsweise 20 % der Gesamtdicke des Sicherheitspapiers (15, 23, 25) aufweist.
- Sicherheitspapier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherheitsband (7, 19) mit optisch variablen Effekten, insbesondere Beugungsmustern, Hologrammen oder Interferenzeffekten ausgestattet ist.
- Sicherheitspapier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherheitsband (7, 19) mit Druckbildern, insbesondere Negativ- oder Positivschriftzeichen ausgestattet ist.
- Sicherheitspapier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherheitsband (7, 19) eine Metallschicht enthält.
- Sicherheitspapier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherheitsband Fluoreszenz-, insbesondere Tageslichtfluoreszenzstoffe enthält.
- Sicherheitspapier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papierbahnen (6, 9, 27, 28) im Bereich des Sicherheitsbandes (7, 19) Fenster (16) aufweisen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Sicherheitspapiers nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßin einem ersten Verfahrensschritt in an sich bekannter Weise eine erste Papierbahn gebildet wird, bei der ein Sicherheitsband während der Blattbildung ins Papier eingebettet wird, und durch ebenfalls bekannte Maßnahmen Fenster gebildet werden, durch die das Sicherheitsband teilweise frei zugänglich ist,daß ein Sicherheitsband mit einer Breite von größer 2mm verwendet wird und die Breite derart bemessen ist, daß zumindest auf der dem Sieb abgewandten Seite der zu bildenden Papierbahn im Bereich des Sicherheitsbandes bei der Papierherstellung bereits Fehlstellen in Form von Löchern auftreten, die dem Sieb zugewandte Seite der Papierbahn (Vorderseite) aber noch eine fehlerfreie Oberfläche aufweist,daß parallel zum ersten Verfahrensschritt zumindest eine zweite Papierbahn gebildet wird, die nach Fertigstellung der ersten Papierbahn auf die Rückseite der ersten Papierbahn aufgebracht und mit dieser verbunden wird, so daß vorhandene Fehlstellen der Rückseite mit dieser zusätzlichen Papierschicht abgedeckt oder in eine definierte Form gebracht werden, wobei die zweite Papierbahn eine Dicke von 10 bis 50 %, vorzugsweise 20 % der Gesamtdicke des Sicherheitspapiers aufweist,daß in gleicher Weise parallel dazu gegebenenfalls eine dritte Papierbahn gebildet und mit der anderen Seite der Papierbahn verbunden wird, und daßweitere Verfahrensschritte, wie Kalandrieren, Leimen, Trocknen etc. zur Fertigstellung des Papiers in bekannter Weise anschließen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzliche(n) Papierbahn(en) Fensterbereiche aufweisen, die mit den freiliegenden Bereichen des Sicherheitsbandes in Deckung gebracht werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Sicherheitspapiers nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sieb, auf dem die erste Papierbahn gebildet wird, Höcker aufweist, die schmaler ausgeführt sind als das Sicherheitsband, und daß die durchlässigen Bereiche des Sicherheitsbandes seitlich über die Höcker hinausragen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherheitsband außerhalb der Pulpe auf das Sieb aufläuft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erhöhung, auf die das Sicherheitsband aufläuft, ein erhöhter Ringbereich des Siebes ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicher heitsband an das Sieb herangeführt wird nachdem etwa 30 % der Blattbildung abgeschlossen sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzlichen Papierbahnen (9, 27, 28) homogen ausgeführt sind.
