Description

- der die Zunge umgebende Rest des Bleches wird derart im wesentlichen rechtwinklig umgebogen, daß parallel zu dem Kern ein Winkelstück entsteht, das als Magnetwinkel dient.

Claims (6)
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät, insbesondere Relais, umfassend ein Gehäuse (10), einen in dem Gehäuse angeordneten, eine Spule (20) tragenden Magnetwinkel (30), einen an dem Magnetwinkel (30) angeordneten Kern (32) der Spule (20), wenigstens zwei in dem Gehäuse angeordnete Anschlußklemmen (35, 50, 60), deren eine mit dem Magnetwinkel (30) verbunden ist, und einen an dem Magnetwinkel (30) federnd angeordneten Anker (42), durch dessen Betätigung ein Kontakt zwischen den wenigstens zwei Anschlußklemmen (35, 50, 60) herstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Magnetwinkel (30), der Kern (32) und die mit dem Magnetwinkel (30) verbundene wenigstens eine Anschlußklemme (35) ein gebogenes, einstückiges Stanzteil sind, bei dem der Kern (32) im ungebogenen Zustand als eine in dem Magnetwinkel (30) liegende separat biegbare Zunge (32a) ausgebildet ist.
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stanzteil (39) eine im wesentlichen rechteckige Gestalt aufweist, an dessen einer Seite die Anschlußklemme (35) einstückig ausgebildet ist und das im wesentlichen mittig eine sehr schmale U-förmige Ausnehmung (38) zur Ausbildung der zu dem Kern (32) umbiegbaren Zunge (32a) und die Zunge (32a) umgebende Stege (30a) und ein mit diesen verbundener rechteckförmiger Teil (31a) zur Ausbildung des Magnetwinkels (30) und eines oberen Magnetwinkelteils (31) aufweist.
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Stegen (30a) Nietzapfen (40) zur Befestigung einer den Anker (42) positionierenden Blattfeder (43) über eine Nietverbindung angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines eine Spule (20) eines elektrischen Schaltgeräts, insbesondere eines Relais, tragenden Magnetwinkels (30), an dem ein Kern (32) der Spule (20) und wenigstens eine Anschlußklemme (35) angeordnet sind, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:es wird aus einem Blech ein im wesentliches rechteckförmiges Stanzteil (39) ausgestanzt, an dessen einer Seite die Anschlußklemme (35) einstückig ausgebildet ist, und welches im wesentlichen mittig eine schmale U-förmige Ausnehmung (38) zur Ausbildung einer Zunge (32a) aufweist,die Zunge (32a) wird im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Ausbildung des Kerns (32) umgebogen,die die Zunge umgebenden Stege (30a) werden zusammen mit einem die beiden Stege verbindenden rechteckförmigen Teil (31a) derart im wesentlichen rechtwinklig umgebogen, daß parallel zu dem Kern (32) ein als Magnetschluß-Element dienendes, mit dem Magnetwinkel (30) verbundenes oberes Magnetwinkelteil (31) entsteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunge (32a) direkt aus dem Magnetwinkel (39) durch Ausscheren oder Ausschneiden und durch unmittelbar darauffolgendes Umbiegen der Kern (32) ausgebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunge (32a) und die die Zunge umgebenden Stege (30a) derart umgebogen werden, daß zwischen dem oberen Magnetwinkelteil (31) und dem Kern (32) ein Abstand entsteht, der im wesentlichen dem halben Durchmesser der Spule (20) entspricht.
