- auf einfache Weise beliebig große Federwege vorgesehen werden können, und
- auf einfache Weise beliebig große Kontaktkräfte eingestellt werden können.
Claims (7)
- Kontaktfeder für einen Steckverbinder, mit zwei Federschenkeln (2, 3) und einem gemeinsamen Trägerabschnitt (4), wobei die Federschenkel derart angeordnet und ausgebildet sind, daß sie in der Lage sind, von entgegengesetzten Seiten eine Druckkraft auf ein dazwischengestecktes Kontaktmesser (20) auszuüben und dieses dabei zu kontaktieren, und wobei die Federschenkel derart seitlich gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind, daß sie einander in den jeweiligen Druckkraftrichtungen nicht überlappen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Trägerabschnitt einen im wesentlichen Z-artig verschränkten Querschnitt aufweist. - Kontaktfeder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Federschenkel (2, 3) an jeweils einem ihrer Enden mit dem gemeinsamen Trägerabschnitt (4) in Verbindung stehen. - Kontaktfeder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Federschenkel (2, 3) langgestreckte Elemente mit relativ großer Breite und relativ geringer Dicke sind. - Kontaktfeder nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Federschenkel (2, 3) derart angeordnet sind, daß die einander zugewandten Seiten der schräg gegenüberliegenden Federschenkel Breitseiten derselben sind. - Kontaktfeder nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Federschenkel (2, 3) an ihrem jeweiligen freien Ende (2b, 3b) einen die Breitseite verbreiternden seitlichen Vorsprung (2c, 3c) aufweisen. - Kontaktfeder nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der seitliche Vorsprung (2c, 3c) derart ausgebildet ist, daß er in einem in einer der Kontaktfeder (2, 3) zugeordneten Federkammer (12) eines Steckverbindergehäuses (10) vorgesehenen Führungsschlitz (13) derart führbar und haltbar ist, daß das freie Ende (2b, 3b) des jeweiligen Federschenkels (2, 3) an der Federkammerwand anliegt. - Kontaktfeder nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Federschenkel (2, 3) ausgehend vom gemeinsamen Trägerabschnitt (4) zunächst in die jeweilige Druckkraftrichtung geneigt und dann gegen die jeweilige Druckkraftrichtung geneigt ausgebildet sind.
