Claims (11)
- Rohrweiche für eine Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe mit einem vor einer zylinderseitigen Brillenplatte (18) verschwenkbaren Schwenkrohr (20), das an der Brillenplatte (18) mit einem auf dem Rohrende des Schwenkrohrs (20) mit einem Bruchteil seiner Länge unter Bildung eines Führungsspalts (52) axial geführten Schneidring (22) dichtend anliegt, welcher Schneidring (22) durch ein kautschukelastisches ringförmiges Dicht- und Federelement (50) auf die Brillenplatte (18) gedrückt ist, wobei das vom Druck des Fördermediums innenseitig beaufschlagte Dicht- und Federelement (50) an zwei einander zugewandten Dicht- und Stützflächen (46, 48) des Schwenkrohrs (20) und des Schneidrings (22) unter Überbrückung und Abdichtung des Führungsspalts (52) anliegt und eine ggf. metallische Spreizvorrichtung (64) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dicht- und Federelement (50) einen ringförmig geschlossenen Rundschlauch (58) aus kautschukelastischem Material aufweist, in dessen Zentralkanal (60) ein schraubenförmig gewundener, mit seinen Windungen in Umfangsrichtung des Zentralkanals (60) verlaufender, an seinen Enden (62) offener Drahtring (64) aus steifelastischem Material angeordnet ist.
- Rohrweiche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drahtring (64) 1,5 bis 2 gegeneinander anliegende Drahtwindungen aufweist.
- Rohrweiche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drahtring (64) aus Federstahl besteht.
- Rohrweiche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drahtring (64) aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoffdraht besteht.
- Rohrweiche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine der Dicht- und Stützflächen (46, 48) mit einer Gleitschicht aus einem wasserabstoßenden Material, vorzugsweise aus Polytetrafluorethylen überzogen ist.
- Dicht- und Federelement zum Abdichten einer Rohrweiche in Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpen mit einem Ring aus kautschukelastischem Material, wobei der Ring einen Rundschlauch (58) aufweist, in dessen Zentralkanal (60) eine schraubenförmig gewundene, an ihren Enden (62) offene Drahtfeder angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drahtfeder als Drahtring (64) aus steifelastischem Material ausgebildet ist, dessen Windungen in Umfangsrichtung des Zentralkanals (60) verlaufen.
- Dicht- und Federelement nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drahtring (64) 1,5 bis 2 gegeneinander anliegende Drahtwindungen aufweist.
- Dicht- und Federelement nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drahtring (64) aus Federstahl besteht.
- Dicht- und Federelement nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drahtring (64) aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoffdraht besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Dicht- und Federelements zum Abdichten einer Rohrweiche in Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein an seinen Enden oder an einer Mantelöffnung offener Rundschlauch aus kautschukelastischem Material mit seinem Zentralkanal (60) auf die Windungen eines an seinen Enden offenen, schraubenförmig gewundenen Drahtrings (64) aufgezogen wird und dass anschließend die offenen Enden des Rundschlauchs oder die Schlauchöffnung unter Einschluß des Drahtrings miteinander verbunden oder verschlossen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlauchenden oder die Mantelöffnung verklebt oder verschweißt werden.
