Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- Additiv für den Einsatz in Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es organische Buildersubstanzen und mindestens 1 weiteren Inhaltsstoff ausgewählt aus Sequestriermitteln und optischen Aufhellern sowie gegebenenfalls weitere Inhaltsstoffe von Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln enthält, wobei Alkylbenzolsulfonate ausgeschlossen sind und der Gehalt der Additive an Zeolith A nicht mehr als 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf wasserfreie Aktivsubstanz, beträgt.
- Additiv nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß 20 bis 80 Gew.-%, insbesondere 30 bis 70 Gew.-% organische Buildersubstanzen und unter besonderer Bevorzugung 40 bis 60 Gew.-% (co-)polymere Polycarboxylate enthält.
- Additiv nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mindestens 1,5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 2 bis 5 Gew.-% eines oder mehrerer optischer Aufheller enthält.
- Additiv nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 5 bis 10 Gew.-% Seife enthält.
- Additiv nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 2 bis 15 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 5 bis 10 Gew.-% nichtionische Tenside enthält.
- Additiv nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gehalt an anorganischen Salzen, insbesondere an Natrium- und/oder Kaliumcarbonat, weniger als 50 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise weniger als 40 Gew.-% beträgt.
- Additiv nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gesamtmenge an Wasser weniger als 10 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise weniger als 5 Gew.-% ausmacht.
- Additiv nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es, abgesehen von Wasser und Restbestandteilen/Salzen, welche aus den eingesetzten Lösungen in die Additive eingeschleppt wurden, zu mindestens 90 Gew.-% aus nicht mehr als 7 verschiedenen Bestandteilen besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Additivs gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Teil der organischen Buildersubstanzen und mindestens ein weiterer Inhaltsstoff, ausgewählt aus Sequestriermitteln und optischen Aufhellern, in wäßriger Form vorgelegt, gegebenenfalls mit Feststoffen vermischt, getrocknet werden und gegebenenfalls anschließend mit Inhaltsstoffen von Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln in flüssiger und/oder fester Form nachbehandelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Additiv durch Sprühtrocknung hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sprühgetrockneten Additive als Träger für weitere Flüssigkeiten, insbesondere für nichtionische Tenside, kationische Tenside und/oder flüssige bis wachsartige Schauminhibitoren auf Silikon- oder Paraffinbasis in einem anschließenden Granulations- bzw. Kompaktierungsschritt eingesetzt werden.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Additiv gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 enthält, aber frei von Alkylbenzolsulfonaten ist und Zeolith A nicht in Mengen oberhalb 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf wasserfreie Aktivsubstanz, aufweist.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Zeolith A in Mengen bis zu 8 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise bis zu 5 Gew.-% enthält und insbesondere Zeolith A-frei ist oder 1 bis 3 Gew.-% Zeolith A enthält.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Additiv enthält, welches alle in dem Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel in wäßriger Form eingesetzten Rohstoffe bzw. Compounds enthält.
- Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es das Additiv gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 als separate und nachträglich zugemischte Komponente enthält.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Additiv gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 als separate und nachträglich zugemischte Komponente eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Additiv gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 als Einsatzkomponente in einem Granulierverfahren, Kompaktierverfahren oder Extrusionsverfahren eingesetzt wird.
