Claims (12)
- Einrichtung zur Verstellung von Druckwerkzylindern in Druckwerken von Rotationsdruckmaschinen zum beidseitigen Bedrücken einer Materialbahn, wobei die Druckwerkzylinder Druckformzylinder mit auswechselbaren Druckformen umfassen und einer der Druckwerkzylinder im Druckwerk stationär aufgenommen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mittels einer Zusatzstelleinheit (25) ein von einer Materialbahn (1) durchsetzter Spalt (44) zwischen den Oberflächen der der Materialbahn (1) nächstgelegenen Druckwerkzylinder (6, 7) unabhängig von den Stellpositionen (45, 46) der weiteren Druckwerkzylinder (5, 8) aufrechterhalten wird. - Einrichtung zur Verstellung von Druckwerkzylindern nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Stelleinheit (21) den in einer ersten Stellposition des oberen Druckwerzylinders (5) gebildeten oberen Spalt (45) zum oberen Übertragungszylinder (6) unabhängig von der Stellung der Übertragungszylinder (6, 7) aufhebt oder erzeugt. - Einrichtung zur Verstellung von Druckwerkzylindern nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Stelleinheit (21) den in einer ersten Stellposition des unteren Druckwerkzylinders (8) gebildeten unteren Spalt (46) zum unteren Übertragungszylinder (7) unabhängig von der Stellung der Übertragungszylinder (6, 7) aufhebt oder erzeugt. - Einrichtung zur Verstellung von Druckwerkzylindern nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zusatzstelleinheit (25) der oberen Druckeinheit (3) zugeordnet ist. - Einrichtung zur Verstellung von Druckwerkzylindern nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zusatzstelleinheit (25) der unteren Druckeinheit (4) zugeordnet ist. - Einrichtung zur Verstellung von Druckwerkzylindern nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zusatzstelleinheit (25) einer unteren Druckwerkzylinderlagerung (20) zugeordnet ist. - Einrichtung zur Verstellung von Druckwerkzylindern nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an Druckwerken (2) bahneinlaufseitige Bahnführungseinheiten (30) vorgesehen sind, die in den Spalt (44) einschiebbare Schutzelemente (33, 34) umfassen. - Einrichtung zur Verstellung von Druckformzylindern nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die verschiebbaren Schutzelemente (33, 34) an Schlitten (31, 32) aufgenommen sind. - Einrichtung zur Verstellung von Druckwerkzylindern nach den Ansprüchen 7 und 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schlitten (31, 32) durch diesen zugeordnete Stelleinheiten (39, 40) betätigbar sind. - Einrichtung zur Verstellung von Druckwerkzylindern nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Stellglied (26) der Zusatzstelleinheit (25) zwischen eine gestellfeste Lagerung (14) sowie eine mittlere Lagerung (19) fahrbar ist. - Einrichtung zur Verstellung von Druckwerkzylindern nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die mittlere Lagerung (19) eine Anschlagfläche (27, 28) umfaßt. - Einrichtung zur Verstellung von Druckwerkzylindern nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der unteren Druckwerkzylinderlagerung (20) eine Anschlagfläche (29) ausgebildet ist.
