Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zur formatabhängigen Einstellung der Abschnittlänge im Auslagebereich einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, mit einer Einrichtung für den Non-Stop-Betrieb und einer in horizontaler Richtung verschiebbaren Struktur, an welcher eine die Bogen abbremsende Einrichtung (29) aufgenommen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Struktur eine Rahmenstruktur (10, 11, 24, 27, 30, 32) ist, in welche ein senkrecht zur Bogentransportrichtung umlaufendes Trennband (25, 25.1, 25.2) integriert ist, und daß Anschläge (26) für die Bogenhinterkante an der Rahmenstruktur (10, 11, 24, 27, 30, 32) aufgenommen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rahmenstruktur (10, 11, 24, 27, 30, 32) mittels Führungsmitteln (17, 18) an einer horizontalen Führung (19) läuft. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsmittel (17, 18) als Laufrollen ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führung (19) mit einer Profilierung (22) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsmittel (17, 18) als Prismenführung ausgeführt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsmittel (17, 18) mit Nadelkäfigen versehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anschläge (26) für die Bogenhinterkante an der Rahmenstruktur (10, 11, 24, 27, 30, 32) schwenkbar ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anschläge (26) an der Traverse (24) durch ein gemeinsames Betätigungsmittel (38, 42) miteinander verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das gemeinsame Betätigungsmittel als Bowdenzug (38) ausgeführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das gemeinsame Betätigungsmittel als Koppelstange (42) ausgeführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das gemeinsame Betätigungsmittel (38,42) in einer Längsnut (24.1) der Traverse (24) geführt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem gemeinsamen Betätigungsmittel (38,42) Stifte (39) vorgesehen sind, die in Öffnungen (35) der Anschläge (26) eingreifen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem gemeinsamen Betätigungsmittel (38,42) ein oder zwei Stellzylinder (37) zugeordnet ist, der über ein bistabiles Ventil und ein monostabiles Ventil angesteuert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Trennband (25) innerhalb der Rahmenstruktur (10, 11, 24, 27, 30, 32) auf Umlenkrollen umläuft. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Seitenteile (10, 11) der Rahmensturktur (10, 11, 24, 27, 30, 32) als Endschalterflächen dienende Vorsprünge (12, 13) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rahmenstruktur (10, 11, 24, 27, 30, 32) in Papierlaufrichtung an den Bogenstapel anstellbar ist.
