Claims (6)
- Warmwalzanlage für Flachprodukte mit mindestens zwei Stranggießeinrichtungen (1,1') an die sich je eine Schere (2,2') sowie je ein Tunnelofen (3,3') mit Fährwagen, eine Schmelzschneidvorrichtung, eine gemeinsame Vorstraße (10), eine Fertigstraße (12) und eine Kühlstrecke (15) sowie mindestens eine Haspelvorrichtung (17,18) anschließen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Tunnelöfen (3,3') und der Vorstraße (10) anstelle der Schmelzschneidvorrichtung eine Verbindungseinrichtung (4) für die stranggegossenen und in gewünschte Bundgewichte geteilten Brammen vorgesehen ist, durch welche die Brammenendstücke vorlaufender Brammen mit Kopfstücken folgender Brammen ohne Schrottanfall verbindbar sind. - Warmwalzanlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Verbindungseinrichtung (4) und der Vorstraße (10) und/oder zwischen der Vorstraße (10) und der Fertigstraße (12) Heizvorrichtungen (6,11) vorgesehen sind. - Warmwalzanlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (4) als Verbindungsschweißvorrichtung ausgebildet ist. - Warmwalzanlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (4) als mechanische Verbindungsvorrichtung bspw. eine Schmiedepresse ausgebildet ist. - Warmwalzanlage nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (4) als Wagen (5) ausgebildet ist, in dem das Ende der vorlaufenden stranggegossenen Bramme aus einer der Stranggießeinrichtungen (1,1') mit dem Anfang einer folgenden stranggegossenen Bramme aus der zweiten Stranggießeinrichtung (1',1) miteinander in Kontakt bringbar und anschließend ohne Schrottanfall verbindbar ist. - Verfahren zum Warmwalzen von Fertigprodukten, welches Stranggießvorgänge, Ausgleichsvorgänge in Tunnelöfen, einen Vorwalzund einen Fertigwalzvorgang mit anschließenden Kühl- und Aufwikkelvorgang aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die stranggegossenen, in gewünschte Bundgewichte unterteilten Dünnbrammen im Anschluss an die Tunnelöfen miteinander in Kontakt gebracht und ohne Schrottanfall verbunden werden, um so endlos der Vorstraße (10) und Fertigstraße (12) für den Walzvorgang zugeführt werden zu können.
