Claims (6)
- Warmwalzanlage für Flachprodukte mit mindestens zwei Stranggiesseinrichtungen (1,1') an die sich je eine Schere (2,2') sowie je ein Tunnelofen (3,3') mit Fährwagen, eine gemeinsame Vorstrasse (10), eine Fertigstrasse (12) und eine Kühlstrecke (15) sowie mindestens eine Haspelvorrichtung (17,18) anschliessen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass zwischen den Tunnelöfen (3,3') und der Vorstrasse (10) eine Verbindungseinrichtung (4) für die stranggegossenen und in gewünschte Bundgwichte geteilten Brammen vorgesehen ist. - Warmwalzanlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass zwischen der Verbindungseinrichtung (4) und der Vorstrasse (10) und/oder zwischen der Vorstrasse (10) und der Fertigstrasse (12) Heizvorrichtungen (6,11) vorgesehen sind. - Warmwalzanlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Verbindunseinrichtung (4) als Schweissvorrichtung ausgebildet ist. - Warmwalzanlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (4) als mechanische Verbindungsvorrichtung bspw. eine Schmiedepresse ausgebildet ist. - Warmwalzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
dass die Verbindunseinrichtung (4) als Wagen (5) ausgebildet ist, in dem das Ende der vorlaufenden stranggegossenen Bramme aus einer der Stranggiesseinrichtungen (1,1') mit dem Anfang einer folgenden stranggegossenen Bramme aus der zweiten Stranggiesseinrichtung (1',1) miteinander in Kontakt gebracht und anschliessend verbunden werden. - Verfahren zum Warmwalzen von Fertigprodukten, welches Stranggiessvorgänge, Ausgleichsvorgänge in Tunnelöfen, einen Vorwalz- und einen Fertigwalzvorgang mit anschliessenden Kühl- und Aufwickelvorgang aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die stranggegossenen, in gewünschte Bundgewichte unterteilten Dünnbrammen im Anschluss an die Tunnelöfen miteinander in Kontakt gebracht und verbunden werden, um so endlos der Vorstrasse (10) und Fertigstrasse (12) für den Walzvorgang zugeführt werden zu können.
