Claims (12)
- Einrichtung zum Zuführen von Druckprodukten (1), mit einer Fördervorrichtung (2), welche die Druckprodukte (1) auf einer vorderen Förderstrecke (3) als Stapel (4) und auf einer hinteren Förderstrecke (5) als Stange (6) und zwischen Stapel (4) und Stange (6) als Lockerungszone (7) fördert, mit einer Abtastvorrichtung (8), welche die Position des Stapels (4) abtastet und den Vorschub der Druckprodukte (1) steuert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hintere Förderstrecke (5) ein kontinuierlich vorschiebendes Förderorgan (9) aufweist, das von einem im Maschinentakt intermittierend vorschiebenden Förderorgan (10) der vorderen Förderstrecke (3) gesteuert ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das intermittierend vorschiebende Förderorgan (10) mit einem Geber (11) verbunden ist, welcher den Vorschub dieses Förderorgans (10) erkennt und dass der Geber (11) mit einer Steuerung (12) eines Antriebs (13) des kontinuierlich arbeitenden Förderorgans (9) verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Geber (11) ein Inkrementaldrehgeber ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (13) des kontinuierlich vorschiebenden Förderorgans (9) einen frequenzregulierten Getriebemotor aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch einen Regler (14), der aus einem zurückgelegten Weg des intermittierend vorschiebenden Förderorgans (10) einen analogen Sollwert für den Antrieb (13) des kontinuierlich vorschiebenden Förderorgans (9) errechnet.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zurückgelegte Weg durch eine entsprechende Anzahl Inkremente angegeben wird.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Absinken des Sollwertes unter einen bestimmten minimalen Wert der Vorschub des kontinuierlich arbeitenden Förderorgans (9) unterbrochen wird, bis sich die Inkremente für den minimalen Sollwert aufsummiert haben.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorschub des kontinuierlich vorschiebenden Förderorgans (9) auch manuell betätigbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (13) für das kontinuierlich arbeitende Förderorgan (9) ein Getriebe (15, 15a) mit einer umschaltbaren Uebersetzung aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das intermittierend arbeitende Förderorgan (10) ein hinteres auf- und abklappbaren Ende (16) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie für einen Anleger (17) insbesondere einer Zusammentragmaschine vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stapel (4) durch einen Schuppenstrom (4a) gebildet ist.
