Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Eingabe von Schüttgut auf ein Band eines Drehherdofens, der Hauben besitzt, die einen Ring bildend das Herdband abdecken, mit folgenden Schritten:a) Das Schüttgut wird auf eine Fördereinrichtung (20) mit einer proportional zum Abstand zum Drehherdzentrum abhängigen Schichtdicke derart aufgebracht, daß die Querschnittsfläche sich konisch zur Ofenmitte verjüngt.b) Die Transportgeschwindigkeit der Fördereinrichtung (20) wird auf einen Wert mindestens dreimal so hoch wie die des Herdbandes (13) eingestellt.c) Die Oberfläche des auf der Fördereinrichtung (20) befindlichen Schüttgutes wird geglättet.d) Das Schüttgut wird mit konstanter Schichthöhe (4) über die gesamte Breite des Herdbandes (13) auf diesem abgelegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Schüttgut in Linien in einer von der Schichthöhe auf der Fördereinrichtung (20) abhängigen Form auf dieser aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Glättung der Oberfläche die Berge des Schüttgutes in die Täler geschoben werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Glättung der Oberfläche des Schüttgutes diese in Schwingung versetzt wird, z. B. durch Rütteln. - Einrichtung zur Eingabe von Schüttgut auf das Band eines Drehherdofens, der Hauben besitzt, die einen Ring bildend das Herdband abdecken, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
wobei,an der Eingabestelle des Drehherdofens der aus Hauben (14) gebildete Ring einen Ausschnitt (12) besitzt.oberhalb des Herdbandes (13) eine Fördereinrichtung (20) für das Schüttgut vorgesehen ist, deren Materialabwurfkante (22) senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung des Herdbandes (13) angeordnet ist und deren Fördergeschwindigkeit (vF) relativ zu der des Herdbandes (vD) reziproportional zu den Schichthöhen (hF bzw. hD) einstellbar ist,im Bereich der Materialabwurfkante (22) der Fördereinrichtung (20) eine einen konstanten Querschnitt aufweisende Vorrichtung (30) zur Glättung der Oberfläche des Schüttgutes vorgesehen ist, die in einem Winkel (α) zur Drehherdmitte (M) oberhalb der Fördereinrichtung (20) angeordnet ist undin Förderrichtung vor der Glätteinrichtung (30) Mittel (40) vorgesehen sind, mit denen das Schüttgut in einer sich konisch zur Ofenmitte verjüngenden Querschnittsfläche aufbringbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fördereinrichtung (20) ein Endlosband (21) ist, bei dem im Bereich seiner Kanten eine Begrenzung (24) vorgesehen ist mit einer der Schüttguthöhe (hF) entsprechenden Höhe. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fördereinrichtung (20) eine Schwingrinne ist, die im Kantenbereich Begrenzungsleisten (24) mit einer der Schüttguthöhe (hF) entsprechenden Höhe aufweist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Glätteinrichtung (30) eine parallel zur Materialabwurfkante (12) angeordnete Walze (31) ist, die entgegen der Förderrichtung des Schüttgutes antreibbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Glättwalze (31) am Außenumfang elastische Flügel (32) besitzt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Glätteinrichtung (30) eine parallel zur Materialabwurfkante (22) angeordnete Leiste ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Materialzufuhrmittel (40) ein verfahrbares Förderband (41) ist, das mit einem Verfahrantrieb (42) versehen ist, dessen Position und Geschwindigkeit einstellbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Materialzufuhrmittel (40) ein schwenkbares Förderband, das mit einem Schwenkantrieb versehen ist, dessen Schwenkwinkel und Schwenkgeschwindigkeit einstellbar ist.
