Abstract

Dispositif de coupe transversale (1) pour feuille continue, en particulier pour feuille continue de carton ondulé, présentant des barres de coupe (5, 6) entraînées en rotation, montées par paires superposées dans un bâti, munies de lames de coupe (8) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal de la barre. Chaque barre de coupe (5 , 6) est raccordée, à chaque extrémité (9), directement à un moteur de commande (10). Il est prévu un dispositif de synchronisation (11, 12, 13) pour les barres de coupe (5, 6).

Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de coupe transversale (1) pour une feuille continue, notamment de carton ondulé,
    dispositif comportant des arbres à lame (5,6) montés en paires sur paliers dans un châssis (2,3), entraínées en rotation et ayant des lames (8) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale des arbres à lame,
    comportant des moteurs d'entraínement (10) pour les arbres à lame et
    comportant un dispositif de synchronisme pour les arbres à lame,
    caractérisé en ce que
    chaque arbre à lame (5,6) est relié à chaque extrémité (9) à un moteur d'entraínement (10).
  2. Dispositif de coupe transversale selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque arbre à lame (5,6) est au moins partiellement composé de matériau composite renforcé par des fibres.
  3. Dispositif de coupe transversale selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les bouts d'arbres (9) des arbres à lame (5,6) sont reliés par des roues dentées (11,12) qui s'engrènent par paires, une roue dentée (11) d'une paire de roues dentées étant divisée, une partie de roue dentée étant agencée pouvant être tournée radialement élastiquement par rapport à l'autre.
  4. Dispositif de coupe transversale selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moteurs d'entraínement sont reliés à une commande électrique (15) pour la marche synchronisée et/ou pour la vitesse de rotation.
