Definitions
- the invention relates to a fabric, preferably Glass fiber mesh, existing corner reinforcement as a plaster insert in the area of lintels, window sills or similar openings in the wall where Sections lying in a corner are each angular are designed with an angular apex line, which intersects the corner edge and with partial areas of the Overlap the tissue.
- Corner reinforcement of this type is used in practice. The right thing is predominantly for insulation measures Execution of the corner reinforcement due to the risk of diagonal cracks really important. Through the Insert of fiberglass mesh over the entire The setting tensions in the surface of the component Basically well received. However, arise from the interrupted cleaning bowl in the corner areas of e.g. Windows or doors diagonal setting tensions, which, unlike the horizontal and vertical Setting tensions, no corresponding compensating forces find. You bet in these critical areas therefore so-called reinforcement arrows. Here too it is important to provide enough overlaps. This happens by placing at least one additional one Tissue section. The corresponding adjustments are done usually at the construction site.
- the object of the invention is a prefabricated, stable To create reinforcement element.
- corner reinforcement increased utility value.
- the critical one Corner area is stable. It is also light prefabricable. Said corner reinforcement is so in detail trained that as a one-piece erection blank designed corner reinforcement in the corner facing Area of a cut edge of a protruding tongue trained to grip on a counter surface of the Corner section. This results in a good overlap anchor until fed into the corner. This area of the reinforcing element that is considered to be the weak point is much more resilient.
- the the tongue which also defines the corner, also acts as an alignment aid when folding the topping-up blank. It is also an advantage that both of the corners corresponding areas of the cut edges corresponding To have tongues. This makes both cut edges included in the network in the area of the corner.
- the two tongues the cutting edges embrace in opposite directions. One is in The direction of the reveal and the other shows in Direction of the wall edge or extends parallel to. Finally it proves to be advantageous that the two tongues as free cuts one closed hole of the alignment blank are designed. The manufacturing advantage is recognizable; the otherwise usual piecing together is eliminated.
- corner reinforcement bears the reference symbol E.
- Corner reinforcements E serve as a plaster insert in the area the corners 1 of the wall opening 2, for example the lintels or window sills.
- the corner reinforcement E is based on an upright cut. It is in one piece. Its elongated outline and its exempt inland area are special clearly from the unfolded position according to FIG. 2 recognizable.
- the corner reinforcement E can be prefabricated.
- FIG. 6 A part of the Cut into a stand-up collar-like angling.
- the finished component is shown in Fig. 6.
- a comparison with Fig. 1 makes it clear that the angular Part of a reveal 4 and with his larger area share an outer surface beyond corner edges occupied, under the filler and covered by glue or filler to be applied, so that finally a embedded embedding on or in the component 3 is present.
- the corner reinforcement E consists of fabric G, here one Glass fiber mesh.
- the grid is understandable Only partially shown for reasons.
- the corner reinforcement E has connected sections a, b on (see Fig. 1). They go over corners. With a are denotes the sections which are on the outer surface 5 with b, on the other hand, those which are against the reveal 4 kick.
- the angle strip-like sections a and b close both in the vertical area of the reveal 4 as well as in the horizontal area of the same, the fall So, an angle of about 90 °.
- Your angular vertex is denoted by c. The latter rise the corner 1 and cut in an imaginary line continuation of the angular apex lines c in each other a corner edge 6.
- cut edges 19 run Erection cut together. They end in middle and directly in an inside corner 20.
- the cut edges 19 close an obtuse angle of approx. 135 ° a.
- the inner corner 20 lies in the axis of symmetry x-x of the topping-up cut.
- the axis of symmetry x-x lies in the median longitudinal plane.
- the incision edges 19 are formed on the basis of a Inner cutout. This is implemented by a closed hole 21 in the topping-up cut.
- Hole 21 shows a basically four-sided, practical irregular pastilles cut. It forms, also lying in the axis of symmetry x-x, an additional inner corner 22. Run in this further cut edges 23 together. Latter enclose an angle of 90 °, following that in the Usually a right-angled course of a corner 1 of the component 3rd
- Inner corner 20 and inner corner 22 concentrate in assembled state on the inner corner 6 of the corner reinforcement E.
- a tongue Z1 In the area facing corner 1 there is a tongue Z1 considered. It stands inside, over the quadrangular plan of the hole 21 going out, free in front. In terms of area, it is formed from that in Direction of the inner corner 20 pointed end of the section a and one the diagonal of the long rectangular Outlined tongue Z1 towards the hole 21 outstanding partial area.
- the tongue Z1 is around Angular crest line c, d. H. one designated 27 Fold line foldable for grip under a counter surface A of the topping-up cut.
- the corresponding counter surface A lies in the area also facing corner 1 the left-hand incision edge 23 of the upright blank.
- the counter surface covered there by the tongue Z1 A is outlined in dash-dotted line style and hatched.
- the tip region of the section which forms the tongue Z1 a is cut free by an incision 26.
- the incision 26 goes to the angular apex line c. It is perpendicular to it.
- tongue Z2 in the area of the right-hand incision edge facing corner 1 23.
- This tongue Z2 is of the same shape and can also be deflected around a fold line 27.
- the fold line 27 is the mental continuation the cutting edge 23 there, aiming for the additional Inner corner 22.
- the rectangular ones here too Outlined tongue Z2 requires no special Incision 26, since this incision 26 of the left-hand incision edge 23 originates up to Inner corner 22 runs.
- the further tongue Z2 is also in a reaching position brought. It covers one in dash-dotted lines Line type reproduced and hatched accordingly Counter surface on the outside of the right-hand side Section b.
- the further tongue Z2 engages around the hole the folded edge of the corner Sections a, b while grasping the incision edge 23, the angular apex line c being the folded edge 27 forms.
- the tongue Z1 reaches through the hole 21 and reaches under it the cutting edge 23 with finally Surface area on the visible side of the assigned corner reinforcement E.
- the tongue labeled Z2 lies in finished assembled state on the visible side of one section b.
- both are free cuts from the holes-forming waste material formed tongues Z1, Z2 can be of greater length directed towards the hole than shown, so an even larger assignment to reach.
- the counter-attack that has been practiced has with the Z1 designated tongue the advantage of a bilateral Overlap of the edge zone of the cut edge in question 23, with the tongue Z2 lying on the right side for nesting angular sections is coming.
- the one angle is formed by the Tongue Z2 and its hinterland and the other angle from upright section b and beyond the angular apex line c subsequent section a of the corner lying sections a, b.
- the procedure is such that the two in the reveal 4 of the corner 1 belonging sections b going up the angular apex line c.
- the situation according to FIG. 3 is present. Under capture these intended sections b the area of the hole 21 is now doubled in layers. This can be done via the intermediate position shown in FIG. 4 go, namely bending the material bridges in the area of the connecting corners 24, 25 or by shortening the fold over a fold line 28. It lies halfway between the Inner corners 20 and 22 and running parallel to the angular apex line c. Approaching this folding movement said inner corners 20 and 22 comes along an angular fold between the two sections b, b is defined by an end crossing the sections b Kink line 11.
- the latter runs in the axis of symmetry x-x and can be specified by folding.
- the parts of the surface adjoining the sections b, b between the apex line c and the fold line 28 are placed in a fold F, the ones labeled a Sections the remaining adjacent surface sections d overlap.
- the ones at the cut edges 19 lines connecting outwards thus become bend lines 19 '.
- the tongue Z1 kicks through the hole 21 and is folded over and fastened on the present counter surface A, for example by Gluing. In return, the further tongue Z2 is raised. It kicks against the inside of the corner corresponding counter surface A, placed from the right side Section b.
- staples can also be used to be confiscated.
- the practical corner reinforcements E can be stacked in a space-saving manner Sections b, b formed elbows clinging to each other are assignable in series.
- the "stand-up collar” can also be folded; it is not this blocking type of connection of the surfaces.
- the hole 21 is accessible from the outside forming a corner contour by folding the blank as described a transverse axis intersecting the center of the hole (fold line 28), with the folded-over layer section for collar formation is used in the third dimension, which one Collar is well anchored due to the tongue overlap achievable.
