Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein als Buch oder Broschüre ausgebildetes Etikett zum Aufkleben auf Behältnisse mit einem Basisblatt (4), dessen Unterseite zumindest teilweise mit Klebstoff überzogen ist und einem Deckblatt (6), zwischen denen mindestens ein weiteres Blatt (8, 9, 10, 11) angeordnet ist, und mit einem einen ablösbaren Kleber aufweisenden Verschluß (20) zum mehrfachen Verschließen des Etikettes (2), wobei der Verschluß (20) eine an dem Deckblatt (6) angebrachte, über das mindestens eine Blatt (8, 9, 10, 11) hinausragende Klebelasche (14) aufweist. Ein Etikett zu schaffen, welches vielfach wiederverschließbar ist und welches sowohl auf geraden, als auch auf gekrümmten applizierbar ist, wird einerseits dadurch erreicht, daß die Klebelasche (14) auf einem Haftblatt (18) zur Anlage kommt, welches von dem Basisblatt (4) beabstandet angeordnet ist und andererseits dadurch, daß die Klebelasche (14) auf einem Haftblatt (18) zur Anlage kommt, dessen der Klebelasche (14) zugewandte Seite mit einem Lack versiegelt ist, um eine glatte Oberfläche zu erreichen. <IMAGE>

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein als Buch oder Broschüre ausgebildetes Etikett zum Aufkleben auf Behältnisse mit einem Basisblatt, dessen Unterseite zumindest teilweise mit Klebstoff überzogen ist und einem Deckblatt, zwischen denen mindestens ein weiteres Blatt angeordnet ist, und mit einem einen ablösbaren Kleber aufweisenden Verschluß zum mehrfachen Verschließen des Etikettes, wobei der Verschluß eine an dem Deckblatt angebrachte, über das mindestens eine Blatt hinausragende Klebelasche aufweist.
Derartige, als Buch oder Broschüre ausgebildete Etiketten werden häufig auch als Booklet bezeichnet und kommen vorzugsweise bei Arzneimitteln oder anderen, im Krankenhaus verwendeten Produkten mit hohem Erklärungsbedarf zum Einsatz. In diesem Etikett bzw. Booklet können sämtliche, das Produkt betreffenden Informationen beschrieben werden und ersetzen somit den bei Arzneimitteln üblichen Beipackzettel. Dabei haben diese Etiketten bzw. Booklets den Vorteil, das sie stets an der Verpackung bzw. an der entsprechenden Flasche anhaften und die darin enthaltenen Informationen somit immer für den Benutzer präsent sind.
Dieses, oftmals auch aus mehreren Blättern bestehende Etikett wird üblicherweise mit dem Basisblatt an die entsprechende Flasche angeklebt. Damit die anderen, nunmehr von der Flasche abstehenden Blätter bei der sachgemäßen Benutzung der Flasche, beispielsweise einer Infusionsflasche, nicht im Wege sind, befindet sich am freien Ende des Deckblattes eine Klebelasche, mit der das Deckblatt auf die Flasche aufgeklebt werden kann. Hierdurch wird das als Buch oder Broschüre ausgebildete Etikett verschlossen und liegt vollständig an der Flasche an, so daß die Flasche nun bestimmungsgemäß benutzt werden kann.
Aus der EP 0 506 202 ist ein solches Etikett bekannt, bei dem auf einem Basisblatt mehrere, die jeweilige Information tragende Blätter aufgeklebt sind und bei dem sowohl das Basisblatt, als auch die Informationsblätter durch ein alles übergreifendes Deckblatt abgedeckt werden. Das Deckblatt ist auf seiner Unterseite mit Klebstoff versehen und reicht über die Informationsblätter hinaus, sodaß der überstehende Teil direkt auf der Flasche aufgeklebt werden kann, um das Etikett zu verschließen. An diesem freien Ende des Deckblattes ist ein Klebkraftabschwächer angebracht, um ein mehrfaches Öffnen oder Schließen des Etikettes zu ermöglichen.
In der Praxis tritt nun häufig die Schwierigkeit auf, daß diese mitunter schon recht dicken Etiketten auf vergleichsweise schmale Flaschen aufgeklebt werden müssen. Dabei werden die einzelnen Blätter unterschiedlich stark gekrümmt und es entsteht ein Versatz, so daß die Klebelasche teilweise auf den darunterliegenden Blättern und nicht auf der Flasche selbst klebt.
Aus der EP 0 525 608 ist ein aus einem Basisblatt und einem mehrfach gefalteten Deckblatt zusammengesetztes Etikett bekannt, wobei das Deckblatt mit seinem unteren Abschnitt auf dem Basisblatt festgeklebt ist. Die anschließend gefalteten Abschnitte des Deckblattes sind größer als der festgeklebte Bereich, sodaß die gefalteten Blätter über den unteren Bereich überstehen. In diesem überstehenden Abschnitt ist auf dem Basisblatt ein Klebstoff angebracht, der die gefalteten Teile des Deckblattes hält, sofern das Etikett verschlossen ist. Um das Etikett mehrfach Öffnen und Schließen zu können ist auf der dem Klebstoff gegenüberliegenden Seite ein klebstoffabschwächendes Material angebracht.
Ein weiteres Problem der bekannten Etiketten besteht darin, daß die auf der Flasche aufklebende Klebelasche mit jedem Öffnen und Wiederverschließen an Klebekraft verliert und nach wenigen Öffnungs- und Schließzyklen nicht mehr ordnungsgemäß haftet.
Davon ausgehend liegt der vorliegenden Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Etikett zu schaffen, welches vielfach wiederverschließbar ist und welches sowohl an gerade als auch an gekrümmte Flächen applizierbar ist.
Als technische Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, das Etikett der eingangs genannten Art dahingehend weiterzubilden, daß die Klebelasche auf einem Haftblatt zur Anlage kommt, welches von dem Basisblatt beabstandet angeordnet ist.
Ein nach dieser technischen Lehre ausgebildetes Etikett hat den Vorteil, daß die Klebelasche nicht auf der Verpackung bzw. dem Glas direkt zur Anlage kommt, sondern auf einem sepziell ausgebildeten Haftblatt. Hierdurch wird der Klebstoff der Klebelasche weniger beansprucht, so daß die Klebelasche mehrfach geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann.
Der Abstand des Haftblattes vom Basisblatt bestimmt sich durch die jeweilige Krümmung des Etikettes. Bei einer starken Krümmung, das heißt insbesondere bei einer schmalen Flasche, ist der Abstand zwischen dem Basiselement und dem Haftblatt sehr klein, während dieser Abstand bei einem ebenen Behältnis, beispielsweise bei einer flächenhaften Verpackung, maximal ist. Durch die Zweiteiligkeit des Etikettes und insbesondere durch den Abstand zwischen dem Haftblatt und dem Basiselement wird die unterschiedliche Krümmung des Basisblattes und des Deckblattes kompensiert, so daß gewährleistet ist, daß die Klebelasche stets exakt auf dem Haftblatt zur Anlage kommt und daß insbesondere am Basisblatt keine Zugkräfte durch unterschiedliche Spannung entstehen wodurch eine Faltenbildung des Basisblattes vermieden wird. Durch diesen Spalt wird also eine exakte Anlage der Klebelasche auf dem Haftblatt gewährleistet und der auf der Klebelasche befindliche Klebstoff wird geschont, so daß ein mehrfaches Öffnen und Schließen der Klebelasche sichergestellt ist.
Als weitere technische Lösung der oben genannten Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, das Etikett der eingangs genannten Art dahingehend weiterzubilden, daß die Klebelasche auf einem Haftblatt zur Anlage kommt, dessen der Klebelasche zugewandte Seite mit einem Lack, insbesondere einem Drucklack, versiegelt ist, um eine glatte Oberfläche zu erreichen.
Ein nach dieser technischen Lehre ausgebildetes Etikett hat den Vorteil, daß die mit einem ablösbaren Klebstoff versehene Klebelasche auf einer ganz glatten Oberfläche zur Anlage kommt. Hierdurch wird bewirkt, daß sich der Klebstoff beim Abziehen der Klebelasche rückstandsfrei vom Haftblatt ablöst und somit nahezu unbeschädigt bleibt. Somit können nahezu beliebig viele Öffnungs- und Schließzyklen durchgeführt werden. Ein weiterer Vorteil besteht darin, daß ein derartig ausgebildetes Etikett auch nach mehreren Verschlußzyklen immer noch fast wie neu aussieht und beim Betrachter einen sauberen und ästetischen Eindruck hinterläßt. Außerdem wird hierdurch das beispielsweise aus Papier bestehende Haftblatt vor Zerstörung durch den Klebstoff geschützt.
Die Anlage der Klebelasche auf einem Haftblatt hat weiterhin den Vorteil, daß die Haftung des gesamten Etikettes auf dem Trägermaterial vor und während des Spendevorganges maximal ist und das Etikett beim Umwickeln sich nicht unbeabsichtigt von der Trägerfolie löst. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß das Haftblatt des Verschlußes ein Teil des Orginalhaftverbundes ist und nicht nachträglich aufgebracht werden muß, wodurch die Haftkraft erhalten bleibt.
Ein weiterer Vorteil der Versiegelung mit einem Lack oder Drucklack besteht darin, daß hierdurch eine besonders glatte Oberfläche erreicht wird, die kostengünstig geschaffen werden kann und darin, daß keine Fasern beim Öffnen des Verschlußes von dem Haftelement herausgelöst werden.
In einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung ist der Lack, bzw. der Drucklack mit Silikon versetzt. Hierbei bewirkt das Silikon eine weitere Glättung und Versiegelung der Lackoberfläche.
In einer weiteren, bevorzugten Ausführungsform überdeckt mindestens ein Blatt den Spalt zwischen dem Basisblatt und dem Haftblatt. Dieses Blatt reicht bis über das Haftblatt. Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß der Spalt für den Betrachter des Etikettes verdeckt bleibt und so ein ästetisches Gesamtbild des Etikettes entsteht.
In einer anderen, bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der ablösbare Kleber ein Acrylat-Kleber mit klebrigmachenden Harzen, der hochmolekulare, langkettige Basispolymere aufweist. Ein derartiger Kleber kann rückstandsfrei von der Unterlage entfernt werden. Somit kann ein derartiger nicht-permanenter Kleber beliebig oft wieder verwendet werden, so daß der diesen ablösbaren Kleber verwendende Verschluß beliebig oft wiederverschließbar ist.
Die Größe des Verschlußes wird je nach Größe und Ausführung des Etikettes ausgewählt, um einen optimalen Verschluß zu erhalten.
Weitere Vorteile des erfindungsgemäßen Etikettes ergeben sich aus der Beschreibung und aus der beigefügten Zeichnung. Die erwähnten Ausführungsformen sind nicht als abschließende Aufzählung zu verstehen, sondern haben vielmehr beispielhaften Charakter. Die Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Das in Figur 1 in explosionsartiger Darstellung gezeigte, als Buch oder Broschüre ausgebildete Etikett 2 umfaßt ein Basisblatt 4 aus Papier, ein Deckblatt 6 aus PP und zwei zwischen dem Basisblatt 4 und dem Deckblatt 6 angeordnete Doppelblätter, die jeweils ein Unterblatt 8, 19 und ein Oberblatt 9, 11 umfassen. Das Etikett 2 wird mittels einem auf der Unterseite des Basisblattes 4 angebrachten Klebstoff auf eine Flasche 12 aufgeklebt.
Auch das aus einer durchsichtigen PP-Folie gebildete Deckblatt 6 ist an seiner Unterseite mit Klebstoff versehen. Hiermit wird das Deckblatt 6 am linken Rand des Etikettes 2 auf das bereits bedruckte Basisblatt 4 aufgeklebt. Im weiteren Verlauf klebt das bedruckte Oberblatt 9 des Doppelblattes an der Unterseite des Deckblattes 6. Dieses Oberblatt 9 reicht bis zum Rand des Deckblattes 6, weist jedoch an diesem Rand eine Aussparung zur Bildung einer Klebelasche 14 auf.
Das Unterblatt 8 steht freibeweglich vom Deckblatt 6 ab. Nahe einer Falz 16 des Doppelblattes ist ein weiteres, ein Unterblatt 10 und ein Oberblatt 11 aufweisendes Doppelblatt mittels eines schmales Leimstreifens 15 eingeklebt.
Dieser als Klebelasche 14 ausgebildete und über die übrigen Blätter hinausragende Teil des Deckblattes 6 bildet zusammen mit einem neben dem Basisblatt 4 angeordneten Haftblatt 18 einen Verschluß 20. Das Haftblatt 18 ist entsprechend der Klebelasche 14 dimensioniert und ausgestaltet und wird beabstandet vom Basisblatt 4 auf die Flasche 12 aufgeklebt. Dabei ist der Abstand des Haftblatt 18 vom Basisblatt 4 so gewählt, daß die Klebelasche 14 des auf die Flasche 12 aufgeklebten Etikettes 2 auf dem Haftblatt 18 zur Anlage kommt, sobald das Etikett 2 verschlossen ist.
Das Oberblatt 9 reicht, abgesehen von einer kleinen Grifflasche 17, bis ca 1 mm über das Haftblatt 18 und verdeckt somit den Spalt zwischen dem Basisblatt 4 und dem Haftblatt 18. Die Unterblätter 8 und 11, sowie das Oberblatt 11 sind kürzer ausgebildet und sind etwa 1 mm - 2 mm kürzer, als das Basisblatt 4.
Damit der Verschluß 20 mehrfach wiederverschließbar ist, ist einerseits das Haftblatt 18 mit einem mit Silikon versetzten Drucklack versehen, so daß eine glatte und versiegelte Oberfläche entsteht, und andererseits ist an der Klebelasche 14 ein ablösbarer Kleber auf Acrylat-Basis angebracht, der hochmolekulare, langkettige Basispolymere aufweist und der mit klebrigmachenden Harzen angereichert ist. Durch diesen Acrylat-Kleber ist gewährleistet, daß keine Kleberückstände am Haftblatt 18 verbleiben, sondern das der Acrylat-Kleber vollständig an der Klebelasche 14 haften bleibt. Weiterhin wird dadurch gewährleistet, daß keine Fasern beim Öffnen des Verschlußes 20 vom Haftelement 18 herausgelöst werden.
Ein derartiges als Buch oder Broschüre ausgebildetes Etikett ist verlustsicher an der Flasche befestigt und trägt aufgrund der vielen Seiten eine große Menge an Informationen. Nach dem Lesen dieser Informationen kann das Etikett beliebig oft wieder verschlossen werden, ohne daß der Verschluß seine Klebekraft verliert. Hierdurch hat der Benutzer dieser Flasche sämtliche über den Flascheninhalt wissenswerten Informationen ständig zur Verfügung und kann diese stets nachlesen.

Claims (6)

  1. Als Buch oder Broschüre ausgebildetes Etikett zum Aufkleben auf Behältnisse mit einem Basisblatt (4), dessen Unterseite zumindest teilweise mit Klebstoff überzogen ist und einem Deckblatt (6), zwischen denen mindestens ein weiteres Blatt angeordnet ist, und mit einem einen ablösbaren Kleber aufweisenden Verschluß (20) zum mehrfachen Verschließen des Etikettes (2), wobei der Verschluß (20) eine an dem Deckblatt (6) angebrachte, über das mindestens eine Blatt hinausragende Klebelasche (14) aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Klebelasche (14) auf einem Haftblatt (18) zur Anlage kommt, welches von dem Basisblatt (4) beabstandet angeordnet ist.
  2. Als Buch oder Broschüre ausgebildetes Etikett zum Aufkleben auf Behältnisse mit einem Basisblatt (4), dessen Unterseite zumindest teilweise mit Klebstoff überzogen ist und einem Deckblatt (6), zwischen denen mindestens ein weiteres Blatt angeordnet ist, und mit einem einen ablösbaren Kleber aufweisenden Verschluß (20) zum mehrfachen Verschließen des Etikettes (2), wobei der Verschluß (20) eine an dem Deckblatt (5) angebrachte, über das mindestens eine Blatt hinausragende Klebelasche (14) aufweist, insbesondere nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Klebelasche (14) auf einem Haftblatt (18) zur Anlage kommt, dessen der Klebelasche (14) zugewandte Seite mit einem Lack versiegelt ist, um eine glatte Oberfläche zu erreichen.
  3. Etikett nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Haftblatt mit einem Drucklack, versiegelt ist.
  4. Etikett nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß dem Lack bzw. dem Drucklack Silikon beigemischt ist.
  5. Etikett nach wenigstens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß mindestens ein weiteres Blatt den Spalt zwischen dem Basisblatt (4) und dem Haftblatt (18) überdeckt und bis über das Haftblatt (18) reicht.
  6. Etikett nach wenigstens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Ablösbare Kleber ein Acrylat-Kleber mit klebrigmachenden Harzen ist, der hochmolekulare, langkettige Basispolymere aufweist.
