Definitions
- the present invention relates to a burglar alarm for windows / doors according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such burglar alarms are known. For that be for example DE-OS 44 32 221, DE-OS 44 04 548, called the DE-OS 42 21 585. With these burglar alarms there is mechanical separation of a first break resistance from a second break resistance. Between the two The wing has a clear opening resistance. For this the two opening resistors have a predetermined distance on. The alarm that triggers the alarm will then be activated within the clearance Element irreversibly deformed. Because of the irreversible Deformation the alarm signal is generated.
- the break-in resistances are realized by closing points between sash and frame.
- the first break resistance to be relatively weak during the second burglary resistance the burglar considerable holding forces opposed to bind him in time.
- This basic idea makes sense when you consider that the threshold indicator, which is the element that triggers the alarm should have been before the second resistance is addressed. At this point it was done Already the alarm, so that the law enforcement officers are approaching can.
- This filter offers the first break resistance, the is weaker in relation to the second opening resistance.
- the first break resistance must be overcome so that the alarm signal can be generated. A de facto destruction of the first break resistance is therefore necessary. In the event of attempts to break open that trigger an alarm the first break resistance must therefore always be renewed.
- a fundamental problem of such burglary protection but also consists in that by overcoming the first break resistance the casement relative to the frame within of his free path between the first and second opening resistance becomes freely movable. Within the freeway the casement does not offer any resistance to the burglar. The burglar is thus enabled to two-stage opening resistance clearly recognizable.
- Such Burglar alarms are therefore used by professional burglars easily recognized. But this is also connected with the knowledge that with reaching the second break resistance an alarm has already been triggered most likely is.
- Another disadvantage of this concept is that by overcoming the first opening resistance the gap widths between the casement and frame are enlarged. As a result, larger and therefore stronger lever tools can also be used be introduced, creating the inherently positive effect of the second and increased opening resistance practically at least is partially compensated.
- the sensor is preloaded there and detects the deformation of the locking part, which is under the breaking load.
- the senor With a predetermined deformation path, the sensor should break and then generate the alarm signal.
- this version does not take into account that one strives fundamentally, the closing points between sash and frame as stiff as possible to execute.
- the invention assumes that between sash and frame a slight relative displacement caused by violence is also possible if the Locking points are engaged and the attempt to break open first withstand while staying engaged and during the threshold indicator is not yet loaded.
- the larger one Deformation as the predeterminable traffic loads the sash causes a certain safety distance can be added. Only then should the Threshold indicator subjected to irreversible deformation will. When a predetermined deformation value is exceeded, e.g. Breakage of a glass rod or the like. then the Alarm trigger.
- the invention therefore represents the successful integration of known elastically biased locking points with a initially unloaded threshold indicator, but within the deformation path between the sash and Frame in which the locking points are still engaged are irreversibly deformed.
- the threshold value indicator only becomes visible after the distance has been overcome charged.
- This safety distance also carries the manufacturing-related assembly tolerances because the relative Position between those involved in the locking points Hardware components is taken into account.
- the principle of this invention applies to windows / doors the closing points of the sash frame against lifting keep out of the frame. This is done through locking points, whose locking partner is effective against the direction of removal are in mutual engagement, so that lifting of the casement only under deformation / destruction of the Locking point or the profile spars of the casement possible is.
- the deformation of the locking point or the profile bars however, causes a deflection at the installation location of the threshold indicator, which is so large that it is relative to the indicator stop is moved so far that its to trigger the alarm required minimum deformation is exceeded.
- Such locking points can e.g. through so deep in Locking bolts retracting locking bolts can be realized that the closing point was only overcome with plastic deformation can be.
- the entrance depth should be significantly larger than the production-related free relative path between the sash and frame.
- locking points are e.g. known as the designation PaX-Secura, see also EU 94 107 819.
- the specialty of these locking points also consists here that the closing engagement between the two Locking partners can only be overcome with a considerable amount of time can be because the locking partners or those attached to it Fasteners here also only through permanent deformation can be separated.
- closing points come for the invention considered, the closing partner of the relative movement between sash and frame to a predetermined Limit value, the limit being set by one from this Relative deflection increased lifting resistance is specified.
- the present invention is clear from the two-stage Closure systems of the writings mentioned at the beginning differentiate.
- the alarm is triggered there during none of the two locking points is engaged.
- the alarm is triggered against the resistance of the Locking point with a precisely defined free path between Casement and frame, which has no effect on the Threshold indicator is. It must also be taken into account that the alarm triggering threshold value is then already exceeded should be if the locking point is far from complete should be overcome.
- the alarm should expediently already be triggered, after the maximum possible displacement of the casement is completed by the traffic load and above in addition, a slight path of the casement as a safety distance was bridged against premature alarm triggering.
- the minor route is said to be well before disproportionately increasing Breakout forces are necessary to be completed.
- the alarm trigger is already suggested to be provided if there is an intrusion on the burglar the sash can still reset elastically.
- Training is an essential aspect of the invention the locking points with locking partners behind each other, because these characteristics one with increasing deformation allow the sash frame to start with increasing locking force, that only long after the alarm has been triggered reached its maximum.
- Threshold indicator Glass tube in front with integrated electrical conductor, which would drive against a fixed indicator stop this requirement has already been met.
- the Threshold indicator can be irreversibly deformed to be unique to be able to provide evidence of an attempt to break open.
- brittle fracture sensitive material suggested. This can e.g. Glass, ceramics, porcelain or something like that. Glass or ceramic also offers that Advantage that it is practically difficult to locate and from this Basically represents an additional risk for the burglar.
- the threshold indicator is proposed Easily accessible and replaceable when the casement is open to provide after a failed break-in attempt to have the necessary security again.
- the threshold indicator can, for example, in a version on the casement or fixed to the frame. You can see the attachment on the frame in front, this offers the additional Advantage that the lead out of the alarm signal lines none Problems and especially not from the outside it can be seen where the alarming element is located. You go once from the usual hardware technology on such windows / doors off, the threshold indicator is still suggested attached to the frame and the corresponding Indicator stop with the connecting rod of the fitting couple. In the closed position of the espagnolette fitting the indicator stop then sits in front of the head of the threshold indicator and is given a predetermined deformation path of the casement relative to the frame e.g. to break the threshold indicator to lead.
- the threshold value indicator is designed as a separate plug-in part which is inserted into a striker on the frame can be.
- the threshold indicator becomes the one hand attached to the frame, which reduces cabling means.
- the threshold indicator also easily exchangeable if a break-in attempt is made was revealed. It is also the distance between the indicator stops for locking pin on the drive rod known what reduced construction costs in the manufacture of fittings means.
- Fig. 1 shows the basic in a force-displacement diagram Concept of burglar alarm according to the invention. On the Horizontal is the relative displacement A s between the sash and frame applied. The ordinate shows qualitatively the amount associated with each relative shift Force.
- the ordinate is also mirror axis for the area to the left of the zero point the relative displacement between the sash and Frame. This area can be seen in mirror image, he states that when closing the casement the question upcoming closing points before their closed position stand. This area is labeled I. After each Locking point has come into locking engagement, the Chart area II.
- the window / door would be in this position, when an attempt is made to break out.
- the irreversible deformation can e.g. through plastic Material flow.
- the irreversible deformation can also exist in the fraction 23 of the threshold indicator 11.
- the irreversible deformation of the Threshold indicator 11 necessary load on the threshold indicator regardless of the loads at the locking point, because the closing point and threshold indicator are separate components are.
- the burden of irreversible deformation of the Threshold indicator is orders of magnitude smaller than the load to generate the seal contact pressure.
- the threshold indicator first an elastic deformation 21 begins the end of which then results in material fatigue, creep effects, hardening effects stand. With further force on the Threshold indicator this will come to break 23.
- the alarm signal 24 When the threshold indicator breaks, the alarm signal 24 issued.
- the alarm signal can, as is known per se, be communicated to the security forces by telephone. In addition can blink LEDs on the casement to deter be provided.
- Fig.1 shows that on the casement another must act much higher force before the casement separated from the frame by failure of the locking point becomes. Only at the end point of the curve is the locking force of the Closing points in engagement are overcome. This point is designated 25. It is therefore already at extreme little relative displacement between the sash and frame, which easily in the linear elastic range of involved materials may be due to the threshold indicator an irreversible deformation occurs which is a sure sign for a serious attempt to break in. This deformation took place long before the closing point at point 25 was overcome.
- the irreversibly deformed threshold indicator shows the point in the house where the break-in occurred. The break-in point can thus be clearly identified will.
- the start of the deflection present on the threshold value indicator lies just outside the relative shift, which the casement may be due to the maximum occurring Traffic loads experienced, plus an additive safety constant.
- the end of the deflection of the threshold indicator is far from the end of the force-displacement diagram of the window / door at the moment of opening.
- the figures show a burglar alarm for windows / doors 1.
- Such windows / doors consist of one Sash frame 2 which is guided in a frame 3.
- the sash 2 has a stop side 4 Pivot hinge on.
- the stop page 4 is on the Handle side 5 a handle 10 attached.
- the handle 10 cooperates a circumferential fitting 6 together.
- On the surrounding fitting 6 sit individual locking bolts 7 that move of the fitting 6 with closing pockets 8 on the frame side work together.
- By retracting the locking bolt 7 in the closing pockets 8 each have a closing point 9 defined, which is characterized by a firm connection. This can e.g. through deep into corresponding insertion holes engaging locking bolts can be realized.
- the locking bolts for this purpose 7 expanded like a mushroom head, while the closing pockets attacked by the mushroom-shaped extensions will.
- the closing pockets 8 form entry slots, the Slit width adapted to the necks of the locking bolts 7 is.
- the locking bolts reach behind with the mushroom heads 7 the associated lock pocket 8.
- a predetermined relative shift takes place between Casement and frame.
- the dashed line on lower profile spar shows a possible deformation qualitatively on.
- the threshold indicator 11 which is here firmly on the sash 2 against Indicator stop 12 fastened on the frame side. There the indicator stop 12 is stationary, becomes the threshold indicator 11 first elastic then irreversible deformed. From a predetermined deformation value, the Intrusion alarm signal 24 is generated.
- a predetermined irreversible Deformation on the threshold indicator is present.
- the irreversible deformation can be plastic.
- the threshold indicator may break. In both cases can, for example, via an electrical circuit with negating Element the alarm signal can be initiated. In this regard the state of the art is used.
- Threshold indicator and indicator stop can determine the optimal relative position between Threshold indicator and indicator stop also experimental be determined. This is done e.g. by specifying certain Traffic load and measurement of the associated deflection. In this Deflection is intended to be a predetermined safety distance 20 be added. Only then is the activation of the Threshold value indicator 11 Given the minimum time in which the sash frame attempts to break open must resist (e.g. 12 min.).
- Locking points are also to be used which under a steadily increasing locking force the attempt to break open resist.
- This includes locking points whose Locking partners are plastically deformed until failure must and can then separate from each other. This can be realized by deeply retracting cross bolts or through interlocking locking partners. This condition requires that at least one of the locking partners to the extent that it must be plastically deformed until it disengages with the other locking partner.
- the plastic deformation can only have a steadily increasing up to a maximum increasing locking force can be achieved, the Maximum at the moment of irreversible deformation of the threshold indicator has not yet been reached (e.g. is only 3%).
- Mushroom bolts and undercut entry pockets are available used as a locking partner, on the one hand on the casement and anchored to the frame.
- Locking points 9 are provided on the individual window bars, where threshold indicator 11 and indicator stop 12 between two locking points on a profile bar are arranged.
- the threshold indicator on the lower cross member 27 of the Window / door Since usually the lower cross member 27 of the window / Door is particularly vulnerable to break-in, it is additionally proposed the threshold indicator on the lower cross member 27 of the Window / door. In addition, however, can be any many threshold value indicators in all possible places of the window / door.
- Fig. 3 also shows that the threshold indicator at open sash easily accessible and replaceable is.
- the threshold indicator 11 set in a frame-side version 28 is.
- the socket 28 can be made from a commercially available building material such as bulb holder, fuse holder or the like. consist.
- the frame-side version 28 consists of a receiving body 29 which struck the frame 3 is.
- the receptacle 29 On the outside, the receptacle 29 has a thread which is screwed a union nut 30. Downtown the union nut 30 holds the threshold indicator used there 11 firmly in the picture 29.
- the threshold indicator has a protruding pin 31 which with a Indicator stop 12 fixed on the casement side interacts.
- Figure 4 shows that the threshold indicator 11 also as a separate insert part 33 for a on the frame fixed locking part 34 is.
- the closing part 34 for this purpose has the locking pockets 8, in which the locking bolt 7 retracts.
- Coupled with the drive rod of the Fitting is the indicator stop 12. Dashed in the the indicator stop sits with the drawn right position clear distance in front of the threshold indicator 11. In this The indicator stop 12 comes into position when the locking bolt 7 on the end slope of the pocket 8 accumulates.
- the bevel serves the sash to press firmly against the outside sealing lip 13.
- the handle of the circumferential fitting 6 some force rotated after the sash 2 in the Sealing system position 18 has been brought.
- the indicator stop 12 be coupled with the drive rod 32 of the fitting, so that the indicator stop 12 a proper distance from him facing end face of the threshold indicator 11. This ensures that as a result of the usual traffic loads a touch between threshold indicator 11 and Indicator stop 12 is eliminated. Nevertheless, the threshold indicator 11 when traffic loads are exceeded in Was able to recognize this as an attempted break-in and the alarm signal trigger.
- the threshold indicator 11 can with its Pin inserted into a simple pocket of the closing part 34 will. In this way it is easy to replace, and after a break-in attempt, the window / the door is easily secured against burglary attempts will.
- Fig. 4a also shows the view of the indicator stop 12, like this overlapping in front of it Face of the threshold indicator 11 is seated. Is moving the indicator stop 12 corresponding to the threshold indicator 11 too, it can be deformed so plastically that the alarm trigger 24 takes place.
- FIG. 5 A further development of the invention is shown in FIG. 5. Here sits in the joint between frame 3 and casement 2 of a window / door in a common aligned Bore the threshold indicator 11 and extends transverse to the possible opening direction of the casement 2.
- the threshold indicator 11 connects both the casement 2 and the frame 3 with each other. From one predetermined deformation path 35 becomes the threshold indicator 11 break and the alarm is triggered. Opposite a further distance 36 is provided for bridging any Manufacturing tolerance.
- the threshold value indicator so coupled with the door fitting that he automatically when the door is locked in a corresponding indicator holder is inserted.
- the bridged Threshold indicator the joint between the sash 2 and the frame 3 as long as the door fitting the corresponding Has locked position.
- This training can also be used for window fittings use.
- the threshold indicator 11 coupled with a transmission, which with Arming the system is activated. At the moment of The threshold indicator will then be armed in its proper position spent and only with permitted switching off the monitoring system is removed from this position.
