Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden eines Armfensterhebers mit der verschiebbaren Fensterscheibe (7) eines Kraftfahrzeugs, unter Verwendung eines im Bereich der Scheibenkante (71) befestigten Führungsprofils (1,1',1''), in welchem der Gleiter (110) wenigstens eines um eine Achse schwenkbaren Hebelarms (6a) verschiebbar lagert und an dem wenigstens zwei zueinander beabstandete Klemmbereiche (10a, 10b, 10'a, 10'b, 10''a, 10''b) die auf der einen Seite der Fensterscheibe (7) aufliegen, einstückig angeformt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) am Führungsprofil (1, 1', 1'') wenigstens zwei zueinander beabstandete Anschläge (13, 14) einstückig angeformt sind, die während der Montage mit der Unterkante der Fensterscheibe (7) in Eingriff treten,b) jedem Klemmbereich (10a, 10b, 10'a, 10'b, 10''a, 10''b) eine separate Klemmbacke (2, 2', 2'') zugeordnet ist, die auf der anderen Seite der Fensterscheibe (7) aufliegt,c) die Klemmbereiche (10a , 10b, 10'a, 10'b, 10''a, 10''b) und die Klemmbacken (2, 2', 2'') durch Spannmittel (15, 15', 215) mit der Fensterscheibe (7) verspannt sind undd) die separaten Klemmbacken (2, 2' 2'') sich einerseits am Führungsprofil (1, 1' 1'') und andererseits an der Fensterscheibe (7) abstützen, wobei das Spannmittel (15, 15') zwischen den beiden Stützstellen (20, 21 bzw. 10, 121) angreift. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmbereiche (10a, 10b) des Führungsprofils (1) über die Kontur der übrigen Bereiche des Führungsprofils (1) oberhalb der Anschläge (13, 14) in Richtung der gegenüberliegenden Klemmbacken 2 erhaben hervortreten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Klemmbereich (10a, 10b, 10'a, 10'b, 10''a, 10''b) des Führungsprofils (1, 1', 1'') eine Auflage (3) aus einem elastischen Material mit einem hohen Reibungskoeffizienten zur Fensterscheibe (7), vorzugsweise aus Gummi, aufweist, wobei seine Klemmfläche (31) über die Kontur der übrigen Bereiche des Führungsprofils(1, 1', 1'') hervortritt.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannmittel (15, 15') als Schrauben ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von den Stützstellen (10, 20) einerseits und den Stützstellen (21, 121) andererseits sowie dem dazwischen liegenden Angriffspunkt der Spannschraube (15) gebildete Klemmachse (Y) im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtet ist, wobei die Kontur der Fensterscheibe (7) im Klemmbereich im wesentlich horizontal verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von den Stützstellen (10', 20') einerseits und den Stützstellen (21', 121') andererseits sowie dem dazwischen liegenden Angriffspunkt der Spannschraube )15') gebildete Klemmachse (X) im wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichtet ist, wobei die Kontur (71) der Fensterscheibe (7) im wesentlichen vertikal verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verwendung eines Kreuzarm-Fensterhebers einer der beiden Klemmbereiche (10b, 10'b, 10''b) zwischen dem Führungsbereich (11a, 11'a, 11''a) des zugeordneten Endes des einen Hebelarms (6a) und der Lagerbuchse (12, 12' ) bzw. dem Führungsbereich (11''b) des zugeordneten Endes des anderen Hebelarms (6b) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsprofil (1,1',1'') ein Stanz-/Prägeteil, insbesondere aus Stahl ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsprofil (1,1',1'',) ein Kunststoffteil ist, das zumindest in den Klemmbereichen (10) in Outsert-Technik ausgeführt ist, und daß bei Verwendung des Führungsprofils (1,1',1'') in Verbindung mit einem Kreuzarm-Fensterheber eine in vertikaler Richtung wirkende Feder (4) einstückig in das Führungsprofil (1,1',1'') integriert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschläge (13, 14) von Materialausstellungen oder Prägungen des Führungsprofils (1,1',1'') gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsprofil (1,1',1'') ein Federelement (4) trägt, das in der Montageposition mit einer vertikal gerichteten Kraft auf die Scheibenunterkante einwirkt, und daß das Federelement(4) außerhalb des Schwerpunkts der Fensterscheibe (7) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federelement (4) eine Blattfeder ist.
