Claims (11)
- Zylinderblock einer Brennkraftmaschine in open-deck Bauweise mit mindestens einem Zylinderrohr (3, 4, 5), einem Zylinderblockgehäuse (2), einem Kühlwassermantel (7) und einem Ölmantel (8) zwischen Zylinderrohr und Zylinderblockgehäuse und mit einem umlaufenden Verbindungssteg (6) zwischen Zylinderrohr und Zylinderblockgehäuse, der den Ölmantel und den Kühlwassermantel trennt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der umlaufende Verbindungssteg im Bereich des Wassermantels mit Rippen (13, 16) zwischen Zylinderrohr und Zylinderblockgehäuse versehen ist, deren Höhe h1 kleiner als 0,5H1 (Höhe des Kühlwassermantels) ist.
- Zylinderblock einer Brennkraftmaschine in open-deck Bauweise mit mindestens einem Zylinderrohr (3, 4, 5), einem Zylinderblockgehäuse (2), einem Kühlwassermantel (7) und einem Ölmantel (8) zwischen Zylinderrohr und Zylinderblockgehäuse und mit einem umlaufenden Verbindungssteg (6) zwischen Zylinderrohr und Zylinderblockgehäuse, der den Ölmantel und den Kühlwassermantel trennt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der umlaufende Verbindungssteg im Bereich des Ölmantels mit Rippen (22, 23) zwischen Zylinderrohr und Zylinderblockgehäuse versehen ist, deren Höhe h2 kleiner als 0,5H2 (Höhe des Ölmantels) ist.
- Zylinderblock nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen (13, 16, 22, 23) zumindest teilweise dreieckförmig sind und vom Zylinderrohr (3, 4, 5) ausgehend zum Zylinderblockgehäuse (2) ansteigen.
- Zylinderblock nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Kühlwassermantel (7) und im Ölmantel (8) Rippen (13, 16, 22, 23) ausgebildet sind.
- Zylinderblock nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen (13, 16, 22, 23) im Kühlwassermantel (7) und im Ölmantel (8) gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
- Zylinderblock nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen (13, 16, 22, 23) zumindest teilweise im Bereich der Zylinderkopfverschraubungen (12) angeordnet sind.
- Zylinderblock nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen (13, 16, 22, 23) bezogen auf die Zylinderrohrachse (15) zumindest annähernd radial verlaufen.
- Zylinderblock nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längserstreckung der Rippen (13, 16, 22, 23) der Verbindungslinie (13) zwischen der Achse (14) der jeweiligen Zylinderkopfverschraubung (12) und der Zylinderrohrachse (15) folgt.
- Zylinderblock nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Zylinderblock mindestens zwei Zylinderrohre (3, 4, 5) ausgebildet sind, und daß zwischen zwei benachbarten Zylinderrohren zusätzliche, gekrümmte Rippen (25, 26) verlaufen, die mit den Zylinderrohren und dem Verbindungssteg (6) verbunden sind.
- Zylinderblock nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Krümmung der zusätzlichen Rippen (25, 26) entgegengesetzt verläuft.
- Zylinderblock nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Zylinderblock mindestens zwei Zylinderrohre (3, 4, 5) ausgebildet sind, und daß im Wassermantel (7) zwischen zwei benachbarten Zylinderrohren zusätzliche, längere Rippen (19) angeordnet sind, die rechtwinklig zur Längserstreckung des Zylinderblocks verlaufen, mit dem Verbindungssteg (6) verbunden sind und jeweils vom Zylinderblockgehäuse (2) ausgehen.
