Claims (10)
- Gelenkband für Türen oder Fenster, insbesondere für Glas- oder Acrylglas-Pendeltüren, mit zwei Bandteilen (1,2), die um einen Achsbolzen (3) scharnierend miteinander verbunden sind, und mit einer innerhalb des Gelenkbandes befindlichen Rastvorrichtung, die aus einem in dem ersten Bandteil (1) gegen die Wirkung einer Feder (4) beweglich geführten Rastkörper (5) und mindestens einer dem zweiten Bandteil (2) zugeordneten Rastausnehmung (6) besteht, wobei in Raststellung der Rastkörper (5) federnd in die Rastausnehmung (6) eingreift und wobei die Rastausnehmung (6) an einem Führungskörper (7) angebracht ist, der um den Achsbolzen (3) drehbar gelagen und über eine Klemmvorrichtung gegenüber dem genannten zweiten Bandteil (2) feststellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Achsbolzen (3) aus zwei miteinander verschraubbaren Bolzenteilen (19,19',19'';21,27,27') besteht, die beim Verschrauben ein Verklemmen der Klemmvorrichtung zum Feststellen des Führungskörpers (7) gegenüber dem zweiten Bandteil (2) bewirken. - Gelenkband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Bolzenteil (19,19') einen Endabschnitt (23) mit vergrößertem Durchmesser aufweist, welcher in einer Bolzenaufnahme des ersten Bandteils (1) drehbar gelagert ist und dessen Schulterfläche (24) gegen die erste Stirnfläche einer Bolzenaufnahme (15) des zweiten Bandteils (2) anliegt, und daß die Klemmvorrichtung eine Hülse (22,27) aufweist, welche beim Verschrauben des zweiten Bolzenteils (2) mit dem ersten Bolzenteil (1) den Führungskörper (7) gegen die zweite Stirnfläche der Bolzenaufnahme (15) des zweiten Bandteils (2) drückt.
- Gelenkband nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Bolzenteil eine in ein Innengewinde (20) des ersten Bolzenteils (19) einschraubbare Schraube (21) ist, deren Schraubkopf auf eine zylindermantelförmige Hülse (22) drückt.
- Gelenkband nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Bolzenteil als Gewindehülse (27) ausgebildet ist, die auf einen Gewindezapfen (26) des ersten Bolzenteils (19') aufschraubbar ist und deren Mantel beim Aufschrauben auf den Gewindezapfen (26) den Führungskörper (7) gegen die zweite Stirnfläche der Bolzenaufnahme (15) des zweiten Bandteils (2) drückt.
- Gelenkband nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine federnde Zahnscheibe (25) zwischen dem Führungskörper (7) und der zweiten Stirnfläche der Bolzenaufnahme (15) angeordnet ist.
- Gelenkband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Bolzenteil (1) in einer Bolzenaufnahme (15) des zweiten Bandteils (2) drehfest und vorzugsweise formschlüssig gehalten ist und einen in den Führungskörper (7) hineinragenden konischen Abschnitt (31) aufweist, an den sich ein Gewindezapfen (32) anschließt, und daß das zweite Bolzenteil als auf den Gewindezapfen (32) aufschraubbare Gewindehülse (27') ausgebildet ist, deren Wandung durch mindestens einen vom offenen Gewindeende ausgehenden Längsschlitz geteilt ist und sich beim Verschrauben der Bolzenteile (19'',27') auf den konischen Abschnitt (31) des ersten Bolzenteils (19'') schiebt.
- Gelenkband nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenfläche (34) im Bereich des offenen Endes der Gewindehülse (27') konisch ausgebildet ist.
- Gelenkband nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Bolzenaufnahmen (12,13;14,15) des ersten und des zweiten Bandteils (1;2) Ringscheiben (29) aus Kunststoff angeordnet sind.
- Tür- oder Fensterflügel, der mit einem Gelenkband gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche schwenkbar gehalten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Achsbolzen (3,3',3'') außerhalb der Tür- oder Fensterebene liegt.
- Tür- oder Fensterflügel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an seiner mit den Gelenkbändern (1,2) versehenen Kante, welche von dem Rand einer Glas- oder Acrylglasscheibe ohne Rahmen gebildet wird, eine durchlaufende Dichtung (18) angeordnet ist.
