Definitions
- the invention relates to a hinge for doors or windows, in particular for Swing glass or acrylic glass swing doors, with two hinge parts that are around an axle pin are hingedly connected to one another and in each case one surrounding the axle bolt
- both support rings have essentially the same Surface courses on and are each with two diametrically opposed raised areas, the spaces between which the notches form.
- the raised areas go into the intermediate spaces via inclined transition surfaces about.
- the support surfaces are designed so that the raised surfaces of the a support surface only in the open position in the notches or spaces engage the second support surface. Adjusting or varying the position in the articulated ligament is locked by the interlocking support surfaces not possible.
- EP 0 565 991 B1 is not a pin for forming a projection intended. If necessary, this can be retrofitted by inserting the pin in a through hole is inserted in the axle pin of the hinge, then the axle pin is rotated so that the pin in the notch the support surface. The shower cabin door is brought into the position in which it is should be locked in the future by the notch and the pin. With a Drilling tool is made at least one hole in the axle bolt, which aligned with holes in the walls of the bolt receptacle. A dowel is locked the axle pin in the receptacle, so that the pivot position in which the door locks to be steered. A subsequent change in this swivel position is not possible at all or only with great effort. It must be the dowel from the Axle pin and the axle pin are removed from the hinge. A new Axle pin must be inserted and provided with a new hole, which sets the new desired swivel position in which the door is held.
- the object of the invention is to provide a hinge, the pivot position is freely adjustable.
- This object is achieved in that at least one of the Support rings rotatably held on a band part and by means of a screw element this band part can be locked in the direction of rotation.
- a screw lock can be released and locked as often as required.
- trained hinge only the screw element has to be loosened.
- the wing hinge part can then be pivoted with respect to the fixed hinge part be, with the two support rings due to the vertical downward acting weight of the wing remain in the position in which the projection is largely included in the notch.
- the support ring is turned into the desired position by tightening the screw element compared to the relevant part of the tape.
- the wing is locked in place by screwing the support ring in place chosen position.
- both support rings are releasably attached to the two band parts.
- this has the additional advantage that the support rings with protrusion and notch are replaced can be by flat support rings, which have no holding force on the Exercise wings in a certain position.
- the hinge from the EP 0 565 991 B1 can thus alternatively classify the joint band as free rotating belt can be used in a certain position without locking.
- At least one of the band parts preferably has a coaxial axis pin surrounding cylindrical recess in which at least one support ring is received is. This largely obscures the view of the support rings from the outside, and the hinge has a closed, aesthetically pleasing appearance on. Only when pivoting the hinge from the given A small gap is created between the two parts of the belt lifting the protrusion out of the notch. Otherwise, the view is on the technically effective components of the hinge hidden.
- both band parts have a cylindrical one Recess, with each recess essentially receiving a support ring.
- At least one of the support rings and preferably both are on a bearing sleeve molded.
- the bearing sleeve is essentially free of play in a corresponding one cylindrical recess of the respective band part held.
- the bearing sleeve with the support ring by a radially acting pressure element be releasably attached.
- a pressure element is suitable, for example Radially screw-in grub screw with an internal hexagon recess in one end face for receiving a hexagon wrench.
- the bearing sleeve can be positively fastened in the lower band part, for example be screwed in. Also a cohesive fastening by soldering or gluing is conceivable.
- An axial fastening screw has proven itself in the belt section.
- the fastening screw can be screwed into an axial threaded bore of the axle bolt, whereby a through hole in a covering the recess of the upper band part Raised through the top wall and the upper end of the axle bolt against a radial Shoulder is supported in the upper area of the bearing sleeve.
- the screw head of the fastening screw supports itself against the top wall of the belt part and contracts with the axle bolt, the bearing sleeve with the support ring when tightening, see above that the bearing sleeve with the support ring is clamped against the band part.
- the lower end of the axle bolt preferably has a head section, whose diameter is larger than the inner diameter of that in the lower band part attached bearing sleeve.
- the axle pin is used its end face which has the threaded bore for the fastening screw inserted from below through the bearing sleeve before it is fastened in the lower band part becomes.
- the axle pin is then axially movable with respect to the lower band part, so that the lifting of the upper band part with respect to the lower band part when lifting out the protrusion from the notch is made possible.
- a complete loosening of the Band parts from each other are not possible, however, because the head section is at the bottom End of the axle bolt not through the bearing sleeve fastened in the lower hinge part can be pulled through.
- Both support surfaces are preferably of identical design. It has a support surface shape proven to be advantageous at two diametrically opposite points an annular surface each has a notch base, with each notch base Connect an inclined surface with constant inclination on both sides.
- the Sloping surfaces with a constant incline meet on the annular support surface Staggered 90 ° to a notch base and form one at these points Top.
- the tips of the support surfaces on the upper, swiveling band part engage in the Notches in the support surfaces on the lower band part.
- the selected design of the support surfaces means that only two are at 180 ° to each other offset stable pivot positions exist in which the pointed protrusions the upper support surface protrude into the notches of the lower support surface.
- the shower doors can be slightly more than 90 ° in relation to yours Swivel the closed position until they hit the wall, the just described formation of the support surfaces with diametrically opposite one another Notches / tips also leads to the fact that after a pivot position is exceeded of 90 ° to the closed position of the wing due to the support surfaces is moved further in the opening direction against the wall and in this opening position persists.
- the hinge band according to the invention not only locks the Wing in the closed position perpendicular to the wall, but also a persistence of the wing opened by a little more than 90 ° in the open position in its free edge against the wall to which it is attached.
- the support surfaces are preferably in the region of the notch base of the two Notches and in the area of the tips somewhat rounded to the amount of Keep surface pressure low.
- the radial lines are preferably on two support surfaces in each case at right angles to the longitudinal extension of the axle bolt Levels, so that with a generally vertical bolt course, all radial lines of the support surfaces lie in horizontal planes. The support surfaces thus generate in addition to their vertical support force, only the in Resetting force acting in the circumferential direction, which moves the leaf into the closed position emotional.
- the joint band according to the invention can also be a simple one Hinged hinge used without locking the door in a certain swivel position become.
- at least one support ring must be replaced by an alternative one Support ring to be replaced, the support surface is flat and horizontal.
- both support rings must be removed and replaced so that the entire Weight of the wing over horizontal ring surfaces that lie against each other is transmitted.
- the alternative support ring can be made with the joint band according to the invention sold together in a kit. It can be part of a form an alternative axle bolt, which replaces the previously described axle bolt, if no locking at a certain swivel position is desired.
- the upper band part 1 has a clamping body 4, on which a clamping plate 5 is screwed so that between the clamping body 4 and the clamping plate 5 the Door leaf 2 forming glass pane is clamped.
- Molded on the clamp body 4 is a receiving section 6 for receiving the axle pin 7.
- a support ring 8 is provided with a support surface 9, which has two diametrically opposite projections 10.
- the lower band part 3 has a fastening plate 11, which with fastening screws 12 can be screwed to a wall. From the back of the mounting plate 11, the screw heads of support screws 13 are accessible, which one Wear receiving part 14.
- the receiving part 14 is a substantially in the middle cylindrical recess 15 extending in the vertical direction for a bearing sleeve 16 intended.
- the bearing sleeve 16 is with a radial to the cylindrical recess 15 extending threaded pin 17 clamped in the recess 15.
- a second support ring 18 with a Support surface 19 formed.
- the support surface 19 has two diametrically opposite one another Notches 20 on.
- the support surfaces 9 and 19 of the two support rings 8 and 18 are shaped identically and fit together when rotated through 90 ° interlocking. Both support surfaces 9, 19 consist of coulters radial straight line which is oblique from the notch base of the notches 20 Run towards the tips 10.
- FIG. 5 The interaction of the two band parts with one another is particularly evident in FIG. 5 detect.
- a cylindrical Recess 21 is provided for an upper bearing sleeve 22 on which the upper support ring 8 is integrally formed.
- the upper bearing sleeve 22 is by means of the axle bolt 7 and a fastening screw 23 locked in the recess 21.
- the Fastening screw 23 extends through a top wall 24, which is the upper cylindrical Recess 21 covers and is screwed axially into the axle pin 7.
- the end face of the axle pin 7 presses against a radial shoulder 25 at the upper end the inner bore of the bearing sleeve 22 and pulls this when tightening the fastening screw 23 up.
- a radial shoulder 26 that extends from the back of the support ring 8 is formed, is up against a radial shoulder 27 of the Recess 21 drawn. Between the radial shoulder 26 and the radial shoulder 27, a rotation lock ring 28 is inserted, when tightening the fastening screw 23 a twisting between the support ring 8 and the receiving portion 6 of the upper band part 1 counteracts. By loosening the fastening screw 23, however, the support ring 8 is freely rotatable relative to the upper band part 1.
- the axle pin 7 has an internal hexagon recess at the lower end Inclusion of a hexagon wrench. Also the mounting screws 12, 23, the Retaining screws 13 and the set screw 17 are each with a hexagon recess Mistake.
